Kathy Griffin Spills the Tea on Her Third Face-Lift, and We're Serving Up All the Juicy Details!

In a shocking revelation that's left fans gagging, 64-year-old comedian Kathy Griffin has confirmed she's undergone her third face-lift, leaving many to wonder if she's trying to freeze time or prove she's still got it. The Illinois-born funnywoman dished out all the deets on her Talk Your Head Off podcast last Tuesday, and let's just say it's a wild ride.

"I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason," Griffin wisecracked, defending her decision to go under the knife once again. "No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want." She added with a chuckle, "I'm in Lululemons today for God's sake. I'm in my fat pants. I don't have dysmorphia... I have a little."

The 64-year-old comedian confessed on her Talk Your Head Off podcast last Tuesday: 'It's my third. I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face'

It seems Kathy's obsession with maintaining her youthful appearance has only grown stronger over the years. This time around, she opted for Dr. Ben Talei, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who previously worked magic on Sia (who publicly gushed about him at the 2023 Daytime Beauty Awards). Griffin revealed that her new face came with a few extra perks – including a blepharoplasty, aka eye lift, and work on her chin.

"Let's just say there's a stitch in my chin," she coyly hinted. "You're probably not going to see it unless you're under me, but not in that way." She added with a laugh, "I'm going to be honest. It's painful. So these bi*es that are like, 'It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No, it's painful."

Kathy didn't shy away from sharing the nitty-gritty details of her recovery process either. She recalled being hospitalized at 59 for an addiction to pain pills (a side effect of past injuries), and then subsequently undergoing treatment at a luxurious "rich lady" recovery center.

Kathy continued: 'You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. I don't want you to come to care what I look like. I'm in Lululemons today for God's sake. I'm in my fat pants. I don't have dysmorphia... I have a little'

"It was disgusting," she admitted. "The first night there's drains that come out of your chin. I know it's so gross." But, as always, Kathy's vanity got the best of her: "But the vanity takes over."

Fans and fellow celebrities alike couldn't help but weigh in on Griffin's new look. Melissa Rivers, daughter of late legend Joan Rivers (Kathy's mentor), commented on one of Kathy's Instagram posts: "You look great!" Meanwhile, Tatum O'Neal, Rosie O'Donnell, and Margaret Cho will all be joining forces with Griffin for the upcoming animated pilot SPoRKartOON.

The Guinness World Record holder for the highest number of televised stand-up specials (20) by a comedian for any network is ready to kick off her New Face, New Tour on November 8 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Get your tickets now, folks!

Proving she's no gatekeeper, Griffin revealed her new face came courtesy of Dr. Ben Talei, who previously worked on her famous friend Sia

As for Kathy's love life, it seems she's officially single after finalizing her divorce from Randy Bick in January. The pair dated for nearly four years before tying the knot in 2020 – but they had previously broken up briefly in 2018-2019.

Before you start worrying that Kathy's gone too far this time, let's remember: as she herself puts it, "I'm not trying to look like I did when I was 26. I just want to look good for myself." And with that, we're sure the 64-year-old funnywoman will continue to slay the comedy scene – and leave us all gagging in the process.
