In a sizzling display of PDA, Kate Hudson and her fiancé Danny Fujikawa couldn't keep their hands off each other as they soaked up the sun-kissed beauty of Greece. The 46-year-old actress, who's been engaged to the love of her life for three years, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a series of steamy snaps from their family vacation last month.
The pair, who have been inseparable since meeting through his stepsisters, were joined by their adorable daughter Rani Rose, six, and Kate's son Bingham, 13, from her previous relationship with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy. Kate's brothers Oliver and Wyatt, along with their families, also made the trip a family affair.
But what caught our attention was the way Kate slipped into a skimpy pink bikini underneath a crochet beach cover-up, flaunting her natural beauty without any makeup in another snap. "Family summer We love you Greece," she captioned the post, giving us major vacation envy!
It's been a sun-soaked summer for Kate so far, what with her recent getaway to Ibiza with friend Dakota Johnson earlier this week. The Oscar-nominated actress turned heads in a bright yellow bikini as they enjoyed an al fresco dinner at Rome's iconic Pierluigi restaurant.
And if that wasn't enough, Ricky Martin, 53, made a surprise appearance, joining the group for a chat and some laughs over a delicious meal. It seems Kate is still getting used to being part of a big family, but it's clear she's loving every moment of it!
Speaking of love, we can't help but wonder about her past relationships. Did you know that Kate shares son Ryder, 21, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, whom she was married to from 2000 until 2006? And just last year, she revealed that she had to take a break from dating men for a whole year before meeting Danny.
In an exclusive interview on Elizabeth Day's podcast How To Fail, Kate opened up about the "feeling of failure" that comes with walking away from a relationship. She confessed: "The hardest part is letting go of the fact that it feels like a failure... I think sometimes you're trying to fit a square peg in the round hole and it's just never going to happen."
But Kate has come a long way since then, thanks to some tough love from her therapist. The actress revealed that she was advised to stop dating men for a year prior to meeting Danny, which ultimately led to her hitting a "core of an issue" and feeling more connected to herself.
"I took boys out of the equation and had to just go through this process of feeling very uncomfortable with not having any connection to anything that could ignite my dopamine," she confessed. "Then it was like I hit something... I felt very connected to what I wanted to do, my daily routine with my kids, my cozy time."
And when Kate finally went back into the dating world, her relationship to dating had completely changed. She explained: "I couldn't care less about who was texting me... My life became so happy alone."
It's clear that Kate has learned a valuable lesson from her past relationships – and we can't wait to see what the future holds for this lovely couple!
