Jessie J's 'Happy Tears': Singer Shares Heartwarming Breast Cancer Update

Jessie J has shared an emotional breast cancer update that has left her crying 'happy tears'.

Jessie J Spills the Tea on Her Emotional Breast Cancer Journey: 'Happy Tears' and a Whole Lot of Sass

In a jaw-dropping update, Jessie J has given her fans a peek into her emotional breast cancer journey, and let's just say it's been a wild ride. The 37-year-old singer has been open about her diagnosis, surgery, and recovery, but this latest post has left everyone talking.

After undergoing a mastectomy two weeks ago, Jessie shared an adorable video of her two-year-old son Sky the night before the operation. In the clip, she's heard encouraging her little boy to say "Mummy's going to be okay" as they prepare for the big day ahead. It's clear that Jessie is trying to stay strong for her family, but it's hard not to notice the hint of worry in her voice.

The singer, 37, had surgery two weeks ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer last month.

The caption accompanying the video read: "AND.. I AM OK. Results = I have NO cancer spread. Happy tears are real" - a sentiment echoed by many of Jessie's fans and friends, who've been sending their love and support throughout this tough time.

But it seems that Jessie has been feeling more than just happiness in recent days. In an update on Saturday, she confessed to experiencing some "delayed sadness" and frustration after her diagnosis. The singer explained that she went into "survival mode" when first finding out about her cancer, but now that the dust has settled, she's allowing herself to process her emotions.

In a candid Instagram post, Jessie wrote: "2 weeks post surgery. Had my drain out 2 nights ago. She said breathe in and take a hard breathe out. She whipped that thang out so quick. Woii oii. Weirdest feeling. But so nice to have it out after 12 days."

And sharing an adorable clip of her two-year-old son Sky the night before the operation, Jessie confirmed to her fans that 'no cancer spread', before thanking them for their support

She continued: "Now it's just me and my wonky boobs trying to figure out how to dress until I match them up. The left one is looking at me like 'you ok babe?'"

But Jessie isn't afraid to speak her mind, even if it means getting a little raw. In the same post, she confessed: "I didn’t really have a lot of time to process what was happening or what was going to happen... I'm currently experiencing some delayed sadness and frustration by having time to process what IS happening."

It seems that Jessie is taking her recovery one step at a time - but with sass. She joked about needing to "sew some padding in a bra to even them out" and ordered some t-shirts, clearly not letting her diagnosis get the best of her.

In the sweet clip, Jessie is heard encouraging her boy to say 'Mummy's going to be okay' as she prepared for the surgery to remove her breast

This latest update comes after Jessie previously revealed that she wasn't cancer-free, contrary to what many fans had hoped. The singer explained that her previous post was misunderstood - she was simply trying to be positive and focus on the pros of her surgery, rather than stating a fact.

As for now, it seems that Jessie is taking things one day at a time. In an update on social media, she announced: "Tapping off socials for a week. Healthy and needed reset... To focus on my recovery and saying stuff that gets twisted or misread." It's clear that Jessie is prioritizing her health above all else - but it's also clear that she's not afraid to speak her mind.

And as for her fans? Well, they're rallying around their beloved singer like never before. "You got this, Jessie!" wrote one fan, while another chimed in: "Sending so much love and positive vibes your way!"

In the caption, she penned: 'AND.. I AM OK. Results = I have NO cancer spread. Happy tears are real', followed by several crying emojis

It seems that Jessie J is still standing strong - even if it means getting a little emotional along the way.
