Jennifer Lawrence's Bold Fashion Statement Signals Baby Name Hint!
JENNIFER LAWRENCE STEALS THE SHOW IN BIG APPLE
It's not every day that Hollywood royalty Jennifer Lawrence is spotted dashing around New York City, looking like a summer dream come true! The 34-year-old Oscar-winning actress, who's still basking in the glow of her recent baby bliss, was seen rocking a laid-back yet stunning outfit during her latest Manhattan outing.
The mother-of-two, who welcomed her second child with art gallerist hubby Cooke Maroney just four months ago, stunned onlookers with her effortless style. Underneath her white t-shirt, she opted for a lace-trimmed slip that added an extra layer of sass to her overall look. Pairing her top with bright crimson trousers and flip flops, Jennifer finished off her getup with a simple black handbag.
But what really caught our attention was J-Law's attempt to keep a low profile! She wore her white baseball cap tilted down to shadow her face, which she partly obscured behind large sunglasses. It's clear this A-lister is trying to blend in with the Big Apple crowd – but we're not buying it!
Jennifer and Cooke, who tied the knot in 2019 at a picturesque 19th-century mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, are also parents to three-year-old son Cy. As for their second little bundle of joy, they've yet to publicly disclose the name or sex – although Jennifer did give us a subtle hint earlier this month with her "C" and "L" pendant charms.
Speaking of motherhood, Jennifer recently opened up about her experience during an interview at the Cannes Film Festival in support of her new movie Die My Love, co-starring Robert Pattinson. When asked how having kids has changed everything, she candidly replied, "It changes your whole life. It's brutal and incredible." Not only do they go into every decision you make, but they've also taught her to feel more deeply.
"It's almost like feeling like a blister or something, so sensitive," she continued. "They've changed my life, obviously, for the best, and they've changed me creatively. I highly recommend having kids, if you want to be an actor."
Robert Pattinson, who welcomed a baby daughter with his songstress fiancée Suki Waterhouse in March 2024, echoed Jennifer's sentiments during their joint interview. "It's literally just like what Jennifer said," he said with a smile. "I'm here just to support her."
When asked how fatherhood has impacted him, Robert revealed that becoming a dad has reinvigorated his approach to work. "You're a completely different person the next day," he shared. "And yeah, you get this energy and inspiration afterward – it's a different kind of energy."
Die My Love, produced by Martin Scorsese and directed by Lynne Ramsay, tells the story of a woman struggling with her ennui as a wife and mother in a remote rural environment. The film is based on an acclaimed 2012 novel of the same name by Argentine author Ariana Harwicz.
