SHOCKING DIVORCE DETAILS: NICOLE KIDMAN AND KEITH URBAN'S SPLIT ROCKS HOLLYWOOD

The once-unbreakable bond between Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban has finally come crashing down, leaving fans reeling in shock. After almost two decades of marriage, the power couple has announced their separation, with sources close to the family revealing that they've been living separate lives since the beginning of summer.

But what's even more surprising is the divorce agreement itself, which shows that Nicole will be taking on a significant chunk of parenting responsibilities – despite her hectic work schedule. According to court documents obtained by The Scholarly Note.com, Kidman will have custody of their two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, for 306 days out of the year, while Urban gets just 59.

The estranged couple, pictured earlier this year at the 60th annual Academy of Country Music Awards, have divvied up the special occasions they will each spend with their daughters

It's not uncommon for Hollywood stars to have unconventional divorce arrangements, but this one raises eyebrows. Insiders close to the family reveal that Nicole has been juggling her work commitments with motherhood for years, often bringing her daughters on set with her. "She never stops working," a source says, "and rarely does she film in Nashville, so it is going to be one big, transatlantic struggle for her."

But what about Urban's whereabouts during this time? Sources claim that the country singer has been busy jetting around the globe on his High And Alive world tour, with upcoming stops in Pennsylvania and the UK. Meanwhile, Kidman has been keeping a luxurious mansion in North London – complete with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and even a meditation room – where she's been renting out during filming.

The girls have been known to accompany their mother to work on several occasions, including her recent trip to London for the Practical Magic 2 shoot. "They seemed to have a great time," says a source close to Kidman, "and Nicole had domestic help to ensure they were taken care of."

But what about education? Insiders reveal that there are tutors and nannies available on set to keep the girls' academic needs met while their mother is working. It's clear that Kidman has gone to great lengths to balance her work and family life, but it seems that Urban won't be joining her in this endeavor.

The divorce agreement also reveals some interesting details about who will take care of special occasions. According to court documents, Kidman gets Mother's Day and Easter with the girls, while Urban takes Father's Day and Thanksgiving. It's a far cry from the traditional family dynamic we're used to seeing in Hollywood.

But what's really got tongues wagging is the news that Urban has allegedly moved on with his life – and his band member Maggie Baugh, 25, is said to be the lucky recipient of his affections. Meanwhile, Kidman has filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" after 20 years together.

It's not Nicole's first rodeo when it comes to divorce either – she split from Tom Cruise in 2001 and went on to raise their adopted children Isabella and Connor outside of the Church of Scientology. But this time, it seems that Kidman is taking a more hands-on approach to co-parenting with Urban.

In an interview last year, Nicole opened up about her feelings on motherhood and work, saying: "I was pretty much done [with acting] after Sunday Rose's birth." But her late mother Janelle had other plans for the actress. "She'd say, 'Nicole, you have this opportunity to be a working mum – you can do it all,'" Kidman revealed.

And so she has. With Urban by her side (albeit at arm's length) and two daughters in tow, Kidman's determination to balance family life with her hectic career is nothing short of admirable. But will it be enough to keep the Hollywood star on top? Only time – and a lot more drama – will tell.
