Isla Fisher's Heartfelt Father's Day Tribute to Sacha Baron Cohen Amidst Divorce Finalization

Isla Fisher, 49, has shared a touching tribute to ex-husband Sacha Baron Cohen, 53, after the pair finalised their divorce on Friday

SHOCKING TURN: Isla Fisher Pens Emotional Tribute to Ex-Husband Sacha Baron Cohen After £120 Million Divorce

The curtain has finally closed on one of Hollywood's most enduring marriages, and we've got the juiciest scoop for you! Australian actress Isla Fisher, 49, has publicly paid homage to her ex-husband Sacha Baron Cohen, 53, just days after they finalized their divorce in a stunning £120 million (AU$251million) split.

In a heartwarming Instagram post on Tuesday, Isla celebrated Father's Day by praising Sacha as the "best father" to their two daughters and one son. The affectionate tribute was accompanied by a throwback photo of the Borat star cradling one of their tiny tots in his arms - with Isla thoughtfully placing a red love-heart emoji over the little one's face, out of respect for her family's privacy.

The Australian actress posted a Father's Day message to the comedian with whom she shares three children, to Instagram on Tuesday

This sweet gesture comes after the former power couple announced they had officially parted ways in a joint statement posted on both their Instagram accounts. The statement read: "Our divorce has now been finalised. We are proud of all we've achieved together and, continuing our great respect for each other, we remain friends and committed to co-parenting our wonderful children."

But what really got tongues wagging was the couple's decision to publicly acknowledge their separation after over two decades of marriage. The pair met at a party in Sydney, Australia, back in 2001 and tied the knot in 2010. They were once considered one of Hollywood's strongest marriages - that is until they quietly separated in 2023.

Fast forward to April 2024, when Sacha and Isla made their split official with a tennis-themed post featuring themselves wearing matching whites. The accompanying message read: "After a long tennis match lasting over 20 years, we are finally putting our racquets down. We have always prioritized [sic] our privacy and have been quietly working through this change."

Now that the dust has settled, it seems Sacha and Isla are both focused on moving forward - and prioritizing their family's well-being above all else. As a source close to the couple revealed: "It's all sorted. Now Sacha and Isla both just want to get on with the rest of their lives – and focus on their family's well-being."
