Dr. Rubinstein believes that Dobrev's timeless looks can be attributed to good skin care and maybe even some Botox - but no major surgical procedures, thank you very much. "While I don't see any evidence of surgical procedures, maintenance with Botox and good skin care are probably to thank for her timeless looks," he says.

But what about the rumors that Dobrev has had eyelid surgery? She's vehemently denied those claims before, but Dr. Rubinstein thinks it's possible that she may have gotten some non-invasive treatments like Sofwave (ultrasound skin tightening) or microneedling with radio frequency energy to keep her skin looking firm and tight.

Dobrev's history of denying plastic surgery is well-documented - back in 2023, she spoke about the topic on Penn Badgley's podcast, Podcrushed. "Aging is a natural part of life," she said firmly. "It's going to happen to all of us."
