Insect Intrusion: Meghan Markle's Instagram Moment Goes Viral

Meghan Markle has shared another aesthetic video to promote her lifestyle brand As ever - but royal fans soon spotted a slightly disturbing detail. Pictured in the trailer for the second series of her lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan

Meghan Markle's Latest Aesthetic Video Sparks Outrage and Raises Eyebrows!

In a move that has left royal fans scratching their heads, Meghan Markle has released another stunning video to promote her lifestyle brand As Ever - but eagle-eyed viewers have spotted a rather unsettling detail. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, recently shared the new trailer for the second season of her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, alongside some mouth-watering homemade treats made using ingredients from her brand.

However, in one of the videos posted on Instagram, fans were quick to point out that there appears to be a tiny insect crawling around near a flower cookie at the bottom of the plate. Yes, you read that right - a bug! While it's not uncommon for insects to make an appearance when eating outdoors, especially during the summer months, many fans couldn't help but wonder how Meghan and her team could have missed this little detail before posting.

In one video, shared as a story to her Instagram account @aseverofficial, Meghan could be seen making a cup of tea, with an arrangement of shortbread cookies with jam and flower sprinkles

"OMG...there IS a bug! I had to look really hard but it is definitely there!" one fan wrote on Twitter. Another added, "Ewwww! I see it." A third person even joked, "I guess you could say they're serving up some extra 'crunch' with their cookies!"

When asked about the situation, one fan pointed out that it's not uncommon for bugs to appear when eating outside, especially when surrounded by greenery. However, many fans were left wondering why it was still visible in the Instagram brand photos.

But this isn't the only controversy surrounding Meghan's latest venture. The second season of With Love, Meghan has also sparked outrage after it was revealed that American model Chrissy Teigen will be making an appearance on the show. Yes, you read that right - the same Chrissy Teigen who was embroiled in a bullying scandal back in 2021.

But as eagle-eyed royal fans shared the clip to social media, they soon noticed what appeared to be a tiny insect crawling around near a flower cookie

As many fans know, Chrissy faced severe backlash after old tweets resurfaced showing her sending abusive messages to then-16-year-old Courtney Stodden. In one of the tweets, Chrissy even told Courtney to "kill themselves." The model later apologized for her actions, but it appears that not everyone has forgiven her just yet.

The inclusion of Chrissy in the show has cast a shadow over the second installment of With Love, Meghan - and fans are left scratching their heads. After all, isn't Meghan supposed to be an advocate for stricter online safety regulations and anti-bullying? It seems like a bit of a contradiction, don't you think?

"Shame on Netflix and Meghan Markle for promoting bullying," one fan wrote on Twitter. Another added, "How can Meghan associate with Chrissy Teigen, a self-confessed online bully and troll who purports to support the Parents Network?"

The bug could be seen moving around the biscuits for a few seconds, before disappearing from view

Meanwhile, experts have weighed in on the situation, claiming that the Sussexes' new deal with Netflix is a "downgrade" from their previous contract. According to PR expert Mark Borkowski, the couple's new multi-year deal is worth less than their original $100million contract.

"It's not like they're gradually uncoupling – it's a downgrade," he told The Scholarly Note. "Netflix are not going to expose themselves to those budgets again. It's Netflix saying, 'Let's have a look at your content, but we'll pick and choose, mate'."

So what does this mean for the future of the Sussexes' partnership with Netflix? Will they be able to bounce back from these controversies and continue to produce hit shows? Only time will tell.

In related news, Meghan has also been promoting her lifestyle brand As Ever, which includes a range of products such as homemade treats and kitchenware. But fans have been quick to point out that the Duchess's attempts at self-promotion come across as rather tone-deaf - especially when considering the controversies surrounding Chrissy Teigen.

"Is it too much to ask for some authenticity and humility?" one fan wrote on Instagram. Another added, "I love how Meghan is trying to brand herself as some kind of lifestyle guru, but let's be real - she's just a royal with a lot of cash."

As the drama surrounding With Love, Meghan continues to unfold, one thing is clear: Meghan Markle and Chrissy Teigen are definitely not the best of friends after all.
