JENNIFER ANISTON'S DIRTY SECRETS: HOLLYWOOD STAR'S CHEAT DAYS AND FAVORITE FOODS EXPOSED

It's no secret that Jennifer Aniston is a Hollywood A-lister, but what fans might not know is the actress' not-so-secret obsession with food. In her new book, "Cooking With Clydeo," the 56-year-old Morning Show star dishes out on her favorite comfort foods and guilty pleasures.

Aniston has long been known for her enviable figure, which she credits to a strict low-carb diet and plenty of exercise. However, even the most disciplined of dieters need a break now and then, and Aniston is no exception. When asked about her cheat days by People magazine, Aniston revealed that she indulges in all sorts of naughty treats.

And her cheat days sounds pretty fantastic. The ex-wife of Brad Pitt told People there are plenty of 'comfort foods' in her new book Cooking With Clydeo, which was released on September 9, that she whips up when she has a hankering for something naughty

"I love pizza nights, burgers, or Mexican food," Aniston confessed to the outlet. "I'll go to my favorite restaurant with some girlfriends, have a martini, and enjoy a delicious meal." And it seems her favorite Los Angeles haunts are the Japanese eatery Nobu in Malibu and the Mexican joint Casa Vegas in Sherman Oaks.

But what really gets our attention is Aniston's obsession with certain foods. The actress has revealed that her "personal favorite" dish is Enchilada Bites, a cheesy recipe from her new book. "It's guilt-free, because they're just little bites," she gushed. "You can stretch it into two bites, but definitely, definitely yummy, yummy, yummy."

This isn't the first time Aniston has talked about her diet and eating habits. Last year, the Emmy winner revealed that she loves a good cheat day, and her go-to cocktail is none other than the classic dirty martini. "If I want to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, I'll splurge," she said in an interview with Us Weekly magazine. "It's no big deal."

But it's not all fun and games for Aniston; she also has a very disciplined approach to her diet. As a source close to the actress revealed, "Jen's meals are rich in protein with a healthy amount of carbs, and she also indulges in treats and cheat days." And when it comes to relaxation, Aniston is all about finding balance in life. She practices meditation and makes sure to get plenty of fresh air with her pet dogs.

It seems that aging hasn't fazed the actress either; in fact, Aniston has a very positive outlook on getting older. "Jen feels fine about getting older," the insider spilled. "For her, it's about being healthy and happy as she can be." And when it comes to maintaining her youthful appearance, Aniston says that she focuses on being "healthy and happy" rather than trying out cosmetic procedures.

We've all heard of Aniston's rigorous fitness routine; in fact, the actress revealed that she starts each day with warm lemon water and a shake or avocado and eggs. And if you thought intermittent fasting was just for the young and fit, think again! Aniston practices a version of IF called the 16:8 diet, where she skips solid food in the morning.

In an interview with Radio Times, Aniston gushed about the benefits of intermittent fasting: "I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours." And it seems that her hard work is paying off; in April 2022, Aniston shared with First For Women magazine how she's able to maintain her youthful appearance even as she approaches her 50s.

So what can we learn from the actress' eating habits? Apparently, balance is key. "I found ways to make eggs every which way," Aniston revealed in an interview with First For Women magazine. "When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs." And as for her favorite snacks? "But I also do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in," she shared.

It seems that Aniston is living proof that you can indulge every now and then and still maintain a healthy lifestyle. And when it comes to food, the actress' motto seems to be: "everything in moderation." With her latest book "Cooking With Clydeo" hitting shelves, we can't wait to see what other tasty treats Aniston has up her sleeve.
