It's a scandal-ridden tale that's got everyone in Tinseltown talking! Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers is pulling out all the stops to take down the actress, bringing two of her most infamous exes into the fray. Yes, you read that right - Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville are about to spill some major tea on Denise's messy split from Aaron.

According to newly-filed court documents obtained by TheScholarlyNote.com, Phypers claims that Richards has a long history of dishonesty and substance abuse. He's calling in some big guns to back up his claims - namely, her ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Phypers wants Sheen to testify about Denise's alleged "history of not being truthful" and her struggles with addiction. We all remember the time she was accused of getting high on prescription medication and passing out while driving with their daughter Eloise!

Phypers, 53, said in newly-filed court docs that Charlie Sheen, 60, who had been married to Richards, 54, from 2002–2006, could attest to what he calls a 'history of not being truthful and a drug and alcohol abuse' in testimony, Page Six reported; Sheen and Richards seen September 4

But that's not all - Phypers also wants Brandi Glanville, a former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate, to take the stand. And why would he want her there? Well, apparently Denise didn't treat Brandi too kindly on set, and now she's looking like a star witness in the drama-filled divorce proceedings.

The bad blood between Richards and Glanville dates back to Season 10 of RHOBH, when Brandi claimed that she and Denise had been involved romantically. Denise vehemently denied it, but Phypers is using this as ammo to prove his estranged wife's "credibility" - or lack thereof.

Richards' rep has released a statement denying all allegations, saying that Phypers has continued to harass Denise since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order. But TheScholarlyNote.com dug deeper and found some juicy details about Phypers' claims.

In court documents, Phypers accused Richards of committing marital infidelity (ouch!) and physically assaulting him (um, wow!). He also alleged that she destroyed his phone (ouch again!). In a handwritten note to family and friends published by TheScholarlyNote.com, Phypers begged for an intervention on Denise's behalf, stating that she'd been struggling with substance abuse issues for over 20 years.

"She's no longer eating real meals," he wrote. "I've witnessed her pass out from substances - putting herself and others in danger, including while driving with our daughter."

A lawyer for Richards shot back at Phypers' claims, calling them a "harassment tactic" and accusing him of stealing Denise's phone and laptop.
