TMZ obtained a Las Vegas Metropolitan PD report that alleges the violent bust-up was captured on casino surveillance video. The report claims that Tarek's father was upset when someone bumped into his chair at a roulette table. When Tarek's adversary allegedly tapped his shoulder and said something that upset him, he got up and "charged" at the man.
The altercation reportedly escalated with both parties in a "fighting stance." The alleged victim claimed he suffered several injuries, including purple and red bruises under his right eye and a cut on the bridge of his nose. Tarek allegedly "mounted the man's back and pummeled him with three blows to the head" before walking away.
The incident was called in as an "assault/battery," and the alleged victim told police that he wanted to press charges. The police said that the man's account of the fight differed slightly from what they had viewed on the hotel's surveillance footage.
This isn't Tarek's first run-in with the law - in 2021, he was arrested for allegedly punching a man at an Airbnb property.
