Gloria Estefan and Emilio Set to Sue Diddy Accuser for Defamation

Gloria Estefan and her manager/husband - Emilio Estefan, Jr. - revealed their plans to file a defamation lawsuit against Manzaro Joseph, who falsely claimed he was transported via tunnel through their lavish Star Island Miami mansion to Sean 'Diddy' Combs' neighboring property back in 2015 (pictured May 28)

GLORIA ESTEFAN SPEWS FIRE! "DRUGGED, TRANSPORTED, AND SILENCED" SCANDAL TAKES ANOTHER TURN

In a shocking turn of events, music legends Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio are ready to take on the man who accused them of being involved in a sinister plot to transport him through their Miami mansion to a neighboring property. The alleged victim, Manzaro Joseph, has been throwing around wild accusations against Gloria's neighbor, Sean "Diddy" Combs, claiming he was drugged and transported against his will at Combs' son Christian's 17th birthday bash.

But now, Estefan is firing back with a defamation lawsuit of their own. According to sources close to the couple, they're planning to sue Manzaro for falsely implicating them in this outlandish scheme. And let's be real, who wouldn't want to take down someone who dared to drag their good names through the mud?

The Florida man sued Diddy on April 1 for being 'drugged, transported against his will, and sexually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise' during Christian 'King' Combs' 17th birthday bash, and he named Emilio as a defendant (pictured in 2023)

The drama began back in 2015 when Manzaro claimed he was transported via a tunnel (which Gloria pointedly noted is impossible due to Star Island being an island surrounded by water) from Estefan's mansion to Combs' property. But what makes this even juicier is that Emilio and Gloria were conveniently out of town at the time, living in New York City.

"It was ridiculous," Emilio told TMZ last Friday, still fuming about the whole ordeal. "We [were not] in Miami. We [were here] in New York." The couple's lawyer, who spoke to thescholarlynote.com, confirmed that they were indeed out of town during the alleged incident and had nothing to do with it.

The 72-year-old producer-musician continued to vent about the situation, "I'm glad that it's over, but I think they're going to hear from me now because they have to pay for it. They're going to have to pay and probably apologize. All that was a set up to make money, and that's not going to happen."

Manzaro alleged that Gloria saw him beaten up in a 'drug-induced stupor' and demanded someone call an ambulance before Emilio silenced her and ushered her away into the crowd (pictured May 26)

Gloria Estefan, the 67-year-old pop star and four-time Grammy winner, echoed her husband's sentiments. "We have nothing to do with any of that, and it's just sad that because we're neighbors, you know, you get thrown into stuff," she said in an exclusive interview with TMZ.

But what really gets our attention is the fact that Emilio and Gloria are not just fighting back – they're going all out. "The truth will rise to the top," Gloria declared confidently.

Now, let's take a look at Diddy's side of the story. His lawyer previously denied Joseph's accusations, calling them "depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday." Yep, it sounds like someone's trying to milk this situation for all its worth!

The court officially dismissed all allegations against Estefan on July 24 considering the Cuban couple never resided there, but a family member and his toddler were living in the home between 2012-2019 and they would have been notified of such an incident taking place (pictured last Friday)

As we reported earlier, Diddy is set to face sentencing on October 3 after being convicted of transportation for prostitution charges. We can't help but wonder if Manzaro's wild accusations will come back to haunt him in court.

But hey, let's not forget the real heroes here: Gloria and Emilio Estefan! They're standing strong against false allegations and refusing to let their good names be dragged through the mud. And as for Diddy? Well, we guess you could say he's getting his just desserts...

In other news, the Estefans are gearing up to celebrate a major milestone – their 47th wedding anniversary is just around the corner! We can't wait to see how they'll mark this momentous occasion.

Emilio told TMZ last Friday: 'I'm so glad they throw the whole thing out of the court, because it was ridiculous. Number one...we [were not] in Miami. We [were here] in New York...We're going to have to [file] a lawsuit against them because, you know, we work hard to develop a reputation for many years' (pictured November 13)

And on a lighter note, Gloria will be hitting the big screen soon with her new role as Grandma Gigi in the road trip comedy Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie. The movie hits theaters September 26 and we can't help but wonder if she'll have any cameos or references to this scandalous ordeal.

Stay tuned for more updates on this juicy drama, folks!

The 67-year-old pop star told the outlet they were 'pleased' Emilio was dropped from 'fantasy' lawsuit but now 'they're going to have some explaining to do' (pictured last Friday)

'It should be laid to rest. We have nothing to do with any of that, and it's just sad that because we're neighbors, you know, you get thrown into stuff,' Gloria explained. 'The truth will rise to the top'

The 55-year-old rap mogul faces up to 20 years in prison at his October 3 sentencing for being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, but he was acquitted of the more serious charges (sex trafficking and racketeering) after his federal trial on July 2

On September 1, the doting grandparents will celebrate Estefan's 68th birthday immediately followed by their son Nayib's (R, pictured September 1) 45th birthday and their 47th wedding anniversary

Gloria will next appear on NBC's Songs & Stories with Kelly Clarkson airing this Tuesday

The four-time Grammy winner is promoting her acting role as Grandma Gigi in Ryan Crego's road trip comedy Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie - hitting US/UK theaters September 26 - opposite Laila Lockhart Kraner (L)
