Gia Giudice's Plea: Can Trump Bring Home Her Deported Dad?

On July 4th, Gia shared video of her writing and mailing character letters to Trump, hopeful it would lead to a pardon

Teresa's Daughter Gia Spills Tea on Her Dad Joe's Deportation Drama: "He's Still Our Provider, Protector, and Hero"

The drama continues in the Giudice household! Teresa's 24-year-old daughter Gia is still reeling from her dad Joe's deportation to Italy in October 2019. And let me tell you, she's not giving up on getting him back on American soil just yet!

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Gia opened up about the emotional rollercoaster her family has been through since Joe's deportation. "My family's spirits were lifted earlier this year when former President Donald Trump granted pardons to Todd and Julie Chrisley," she revealed. "It showed us that people can be forgiven, that families can be restored, and that sometimes the justice system has room for grace."

'The Chrisley family was blessed to have their family reunited again. I know every situation is different, but it kind of gave our family hope,' Gia explained

Gia's hope is rekindled by the Chrisleys' story, but her family's situation is far from over. Her dad Joe was deported to Italy after serving 41 months in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, and failing to file tax returns. Teresa and Joe were married from 1999 to 2020 and share four beautiful daughters together: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.

Despite their marital issues, Teresa is still a strong advocate for her ex-husband's bid to return to the States. "I feel like he does belong here," she said in an interview with Fox News Digital. "He's been here since he was one... And it was paperwork that he went away for." Ah, we can't help but feel for Teresa and Joe!

Gia's determination to bring her dad home is admirable, to say the least. She took to social media on July 4th, sharing a heartfelt video where she wrote and mailed character letters to President Trump, hoping it would lead to a pardon.

However, Gia faced backlash from some of her followers, who felt that her request was "tone deaf" given the recent ICE raids and deportation issues in the country. "Your fans want you to use your influence to help the less fortunate," one commenter wrote. Ouch!

But let's give it up for Gia, who stood by her decision and used her platform to speak out about her family's situation. "This isn't just about one man," she said. "It's about a family who deserves to be whole again." We can't help but feel that Gia's got the right attitude – determination, love, and a willingness to advocate for what's right.

During an interview with Fox News Digital , the daughter of Teresa and Joe Giudice opened up about her father's deportation and the renewed determination she feels to bring him home

As the drama unfolds, we can't help but wonder – will President Trump grant Joe Giudice a pardon? Only time (and maybe some good old-fashioned lobbying) will tell!

Here's what some of Gia's fans had to say about her post:

  • "This is rather tone deaf considering your father committed a white-collar crime and got deported..."
  • "Wasn't he in the US for years and didn't pursue citizenship?!?"
  • "Gia. Your dad had YEARS to become a citizen and didn’t... Why should he get special treatment?"

But not all comments were negative – some fans came out in support of Gia, saying things like: "Get out of her comments with the negativity it's her Father for goodness sake!" Ah, we can't help but feel that love!

Teresa and Joe's marriage may be over, but their daughters are still standing strong by their dad. Who knows what the future holds for this family? Only time will tell!
