In a shocking revelation, beloved HGTV star Tiffany Brooks, 46, has just undergone a life-saving double organ transplant surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. The stunning news has left her fans and colleagues stunned, and we're getting an exclusive peek into her journey.
