A beloved 90s TV icon was recently spotted out with his kids on a rare outing that just so happened to be on Father's Day

SPOILER ALERT: Your Fave 90s Heartthrob Spotted with Kids on Father's Day!

Get ready for a blast from the past! A certain French-born heartthrob, who stole our hearts in the 1990s and early 2000s, was recently spotted enjoying quality time with his kids on what just so happened to be Father's Day. The actor, who ruled the small screen as one of the hottest TV icons of all time, has been keeping a low profile for over a decade now.

But before we dive into the juicy details, let us give you some background information about this hunky actor. His name is David Charvet, and he's the dashing guy who brought Matt Brody to life on the iconic TV show Baywatch back in 1992. For four seasons, he charmed audiences with his rugged good looks and impressive physique, appearing in a whopping 70 episodes before leaving the show in Season 6 in 1996.

It's none other than David Charvet, who started his acting career back in 1992 as Matt Brody (center) on one of the biggest TV shows of all time - Baywatch

But that wasn't the only TV gig Charvet had under his belt. He also starred as Craig Field on the hit Fox series Melrose Place for two seasons, gracing us with his presence in a total of 40 episodes. Talk about a talented actor!

Now, let's talk about the real tea: who was David Charvet dating back in the day? Well, rumor has it that he had a brief romance with none other than Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson from 1992 to 1994. But Charvet didn't stay single for long; he went on to marry Brooke Burke, and they share two gorgeous kids together - daughter Heaven, 18, and son Shaya, 17.

The family was recently spotted enjoying a Father's Day outing at Malibu Park at Cross Creek, where we got a glimpse of what the actor looks like these days. Charvet donned a casual yet stylish outfit consisting of a grey sleeveless shirt, tan shorts, white and black Nike running shoes, black sunglasses, and a silver watch.

Charvet was spotted with both of his children at Malibu Park at Cross Creek for a Father's Day outing.

But let's talk about his kids - they're growing up to be stunning just like their dad! Heaven rocked a grey off-shoulder shirt, very short black shorts, and white sneakers, while her brother Shaya opted for a more laid-back look with a black t-shirt, black shorts, and white sneakers. The sibling duo definitely inherited their parents' good looks!

In a 2022 interview with thescholarlynote.com, Charvet opened up about leaving his acting career behind to focus on his family. He revealed that before he had kids, he was traveling non-stop for five years in 42 countries, performing concerts for his music.

"Before I had my first child, I was traveling for five years in 42 countries doing concerts for my music," Charvet shared. "There's no way I could do that again. I had to find a different meaning to my life."

He played Brody for four seasons, appearing in 70 episodes before leaving the show in Season 6 in 1996

And what a different path he took! After a 2006 incident involving a contractor building his Malibu home, Charvet found himself taking over the project himself with the contractor's 'good guy' project manager. The result? A beautiful house that left everyone in awe.

"We finished the house, and every time that we invited people over… they were like, "My God this house is so beautiful. Do you think you could do it again?" Charvet recalled.

Fast-forward to today, and David Charvet has turned his passion for building into a successful business - The Jones Builders Group - which constructs between 10 and 14 houses a year in Los Angeles. Who knew that the former Baywatch heartthrob would trade in his acting boots for a hammer?
