In an exclusive interview with The Scholarly Note.com last July, Lena Dunham revealed why she chose Megan for her new series. "I was not willing to have another experience like what I'd experienced around [my HBO series Girls] at this point in my life," Lena explained. "Physically, I was just not up for having my body dissected again."

Lena also revealed that she chose Megan because of her unique presence on screen. "Meg is one of the beautiful women working today," Lena gushed. "She has whatever the opposite of resting bitch face is – she has resting angel face."

But what about Fergie's role in the new series? We spoke exclusively with a source close to the production and revealed that the singer will be making a small acting appearance in the show as part of the ensemble cast.
