Fergie's Retro Comeback: Yellow Plaid and Crop Top Reignite London Bridge!

Fergie put on an animated display on Tuesday as she recreated her 2006 chart-topping banger London Bridge for a new Netflix project

FERGIE TAKES OVER LONDON BRIDGE... FINALLY!

The Queen of Funk has finally found her London Bridge, and it's a sight to behold! Fergie, 50, brought her iconic 2006 chart-topper back to life on Tuesday morning in the English capital. The singer, who was joined by American actress Megan Stalter and a troupe of dancers at the crack of dawn (4 am, to be exact!), recreated the nostalgic banger for the upcoming Netflix rom-com Too Much.

FERGIE'S FASHION FLAIR

The singer, 50, was in the English capital at 4am and was joined by American actress Megan Stalter, along with a load of dancers

Fergie stunned in a yellow and pink plaid co-ord paired with a white crop top that flashed a glimpse of her black bra. She complemented the look with chic white oval sunglasses, a stylish bag shaped like a stereo (yes, you read that right!), huge gold hoop earrings, and her signature golden tresses left loose and luscious.

ANOTHER OOPS MOMENT FOR FERGIE?

But we all know what happened last time Fergie filmed "London Bridge" - the original music video featured Tower Bridge instead of London Bridge! Has she finally got it right this time around? Only time (and the camera) will tell!

And she's managed to find London Bridge after her original hit was actually filmed by Tower Bridge (Fergie's 2006 song cover for London Bridge)

TOO MUCH EXCITEMENT!

Too Much, created by Girls writer and producer Lena Dunham, is set to hit Netflix in July. The romantic comedy follows Jessica (played by Megan Stalter), a New Yorker who heads to London after a painful breakup. There, she meets Felix (Will Sharpe) - but it's clear that their connection is impossible to ignore.

THE STAR-STUDDED CAST

But Too Much isn't just about Fergie and Megan - the talented cast includes Emily Ratajkowski, Richard E. Grant from Saltburn, model-turned-actress Adwoa Aboah, and a host of other Hollywood heavyweights, including Rita Wilson, Rhea Perlman, and Stephen Fry.

LENA DUNHAM SPEAKS OUT

In an interview with The New Yorker last July, Lena Dunham explained why she cast Megan instead of herself in her semi-autobiographical comedy series. "I was not willing to have another experience like what I'd experienced around [my HBO series Girls] at this point in my life," she confessed. "Physically, I was just not up for having my body dissected again."

For the filming occasion, Fergie looked sensational in a yellow and pink plaid co-ord

MIGRATION FROM GIRLS

When asked about her decision to cast Megan instead of herself as the star of Too Much, Lena revealed that it wasn't an easy choice: "It's not a huge leap, but I knew from the very beginning I would not be the star of it." She continued, "I was thinking a lot about what allows women to be complicated on TV and still be embraced and seen and understood?"

MEGAN STALTER'S MOMENT

She paid the look with a white crop top that showed off her toned abs

Lena gushed about Megan Stalter's talent: "She has whatever the opposite of resting bitch face is. She has resting angel face." The star also praised Megan's physicality, saying, "Meg is one of the beautiful women working today... It's really important to me that there be a love affair between a guy and a girl where the fact that she is not teensy-weensy doesn't drive it."

LENA TALKS SMALL ROLE IN TOO MUCH

In a surprising twist, Lena Dunham revealed that she has a small acting part in Too Much as the spouse of the character played by Andrew Rannells. "I'm in the show! I think I just accidentally revealed that," she teased.

The star also left her black bra to peep over the neckline of her white top
