SCOTT WOLF'S WAR WITH EX-WIFE KELLEY: Estranged Couple Engage in Bitter Battle Over Custody and Abuse Allegations

In a shocking turn of events, Scott Wolf has made some explosive allegations against his estranged wife Kelley, claiming she plotted to falsely accuse him of abuse. The couple, who were married for 21 years and have three children together, are embroiled in a bitter custody battle.

According to Scott's statement, Kelley texted him about her plans to "make claims" against him, including allegations of psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, and stealing with passports. The alleged text messages, which have been obtained by People magazine, show Kelley discussing how she was advised to make claims that are possible, even though she doesn't believe them to be true.

Scott stated: 'Although her claims are completely baseless and incredibly dangerous, the worst part is that they are traumatic for our children'; pictured last December

Kelley's apparent plan is to create more urgency to get the kids back or at least joint custody. Scott, who has sole custody of their three children, Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11), is seeking to protect his kids from what he calls "traumatic" allegations.

In a statement to The Scholarly Note, Scott said: "I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to 'make claims' about me, although she also admitted, 'I do not believe they're true,' in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a 'battle' in court, and in the court of public opinion."

Scott continued: "In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future."

Last month, Kelley shared a lengthy video documenting her recent effort to collect her items from the family home

Kelley's alleged plan has left many wondering what really happened between the couple. Kelley was detained by police on June 13, just three days after announcing their split, and taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.

In an incident that she inadvertently captured on Instagram Live, Kelley sensationally alleged Scott had been "abusing" her. However, it seems that Kelley's allegations may be motivated by a desire to gain custody of the children or to hurt Scott in the court of public opinion.

Kelley's response to Scott's statement has left many questioning her credibility. When asked for comment on Scott's new statement, Kelley responded: "I will be very clear when I say this: I don’t believe that Scott would [abuse our children]."

But her son Jackson seemed concerned, writing in the comments: 'This is insane mom what are you doing'

However, Kelley's words may ring hollow considering her alleged plan to make false claims against Scott. As The Scholarly Note previously reported, Kelley was seen attempting to retrieve her items from the family home on July 19, but was unable to gain access due to a changed code and police presence.

Kelley even went so far as to call Scott's phone multiple times, but he did not answer. It seems that Kelley is desperate to regain custody of her children or at least joint custody. But what really happened between the couple?

Kelley's Desperate Attempts to Regain Custody

Last month on June 10, it was revealed that the Party Of Five actor, 57, had filed for divorce from Kelley after 21 years of marriage and welcoming three children together; pictured 2016

In a bizarre incident caught on camera, Kelley was seen attempting to retrieve her items from the family home with police present. However, she was unable to gain access due to a changed code and police presence.

Kelley even went so far as to claim that Scott told her she was not allowed in the house, but it seems that Kelley's allegations may be motivated by a desire to hurt Scott or gain custody of the children.

The incident has left many wondering what really happened between the couple. Was Kelley's mental health evaluation and subsequent detention just a ploy to gain sympathy and custody of their children?

A History of Abuse Allegations

Kelley has made several allegations of abuse against Scott, including claims that he threw her down stairs while she was on an involuntary hold in a Utah hospital.

However, the Summit County Police Department has denied any involvement in Kelley's alleged ordeal. The police department stated that Sundance Resort is not located within their jurisdiction and therefore they would not have been involved in any incident occurring there.

Wolf has also been granted sole custody of their three kids: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, who are pictured with their mother

Kelley's allegations have left many questioning her credibility. Is she using her mental health issues as a ploy to gain custody of the children or hurt Scott?

The Custody Battle Heats Up

As the custody battle between Scott and Kelley continues, it seems that both parties are determined to come out on top.

Kelley announced her split from Scott on June 10 after 21 years of marriage

Scott has been granted sole custody of their three children, but Kelley is seeking joint custody. However, Kelley's alleged plan to make false claims against Scott may jeopardize her chances of gaining custody.

The case has left many wondering what really happened between the couple and who is telling the truth. Will Kelley's allegations be proven true or will they be revealed as a ploy to gain custody of the children?

The Final Verdict

As the custody battle continues, it seems that both Scott and Kelley are determined to come out on top. But at what cost? The children are caught in the middle of their parents' bitter dispute.

It remains to be seen whether Kelley's allegations will be proven true or if she is simply using her mental health issues as a ploy to gain custody of the children.

One thing is certain, however: this case has left many questioning the credibility of both parties and wondering what really happened between Scott and Kelley.
