The lawsuit claims that the group stole $1 million from Priscilla by convincing her to sign away 80 percent of her income.
According to court documents, Priscilla met Kruse, a memorabilia dealer, who convinced her to fire her financial advisors, claiming they were "deceitful and incompetent." But in reality, Kruse allegedly used this opportunity to convince Priscilla to sign contracts and form companies under her name. As a result, Priscilla claims she was left with minority shares in these companies, which profited off her "name, image, and likeness."
The lawsuit also alleges that the group misappropriated $500,000 from the 2023 biopic Priscilla, starring Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny. Additionally, they allegedly torpedoed a deal for Priscilla to get an ownership interest in Cilla cosmetics company, settling instead for a paltry $300,000.
In the most recent filing, Priscilla revealed that the group stole more than $1 million from her "34 paid appearances worldwide" over the course of just one year. It's no wonder she's fighting back with a vengeance!
