Ella Stiller Surprises as Nepo Baby in 'And Just Like That' with a Personal Family Twist!

Nepo baby Ella Stiller, 23, made a surprise guest appearance on the new episode of the Sex and the City sequel, And Just Like That

SPOILER ALERT!

The latest episode of And Just Like That... has left us absolutely SHOOK! Ella Stiller, daughter of Hollywood royalty Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, made a stunning guest appearance as Mia, the girl who gets pregnant after a steamy hookup with Miranda's (Cynthia Nixon) son Brady. But this isn't just any ordinary pregnancy storyline - oh no!

As the episode "Better Than Sex" unfolds, Miranda is left reeling when she discovers that her son has gotten a girl pregnant and barely knows her! She's furious, and who can blame her? The fact that Mia (Ella Stiller) is so nonchalant about the whole situation only adds fuel to the fire. When Miranda confronts her, things get heated - literally!

Ella is the daughter of actors Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor; Seen with her famous parents in 2023

The scene is set in a hair salon, where Mia is washing Miranda's hair while simultaneously breaking wind. Yes, you read that right! As Ella Stiller's character tries to explain away her gas issue, Miranda seizes the opportunity to grill her about the father of her baby.

But here's the juiciest part: Mia reveals that she was planning on getting an abortion until she realized the baby would be a double Libra - and let's just say, she thinks it's going to be a "fucking vibe"! When Miranda presses her for more information about the father, Mia gets defensive, calling out Miranda's approach as "gross and inappropriate".

The tension between these two women is palpable, but what's even more interesting is the subplot involving Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) and her new love interest, Duncan Reeves (Jonathan Cake). After a recent breakup with Aidan Shaw (John Corbett), Carrie can't help but feel drawn to the handsome British neighbor.

In the episode, titled 'Better Than Sex,' Ella plays Mia, the girl who Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Steve's (David Eigenberg) son, Brady (Niall Cunningham), gets pregnant after a hookup

As they spend more time together, it becomes clear that there's a spark between them - but Carrie is torn about whether she should pursue something more. In a moment of vulnerability, Duncan confesses that he "won't be returning" after their fling is over, leaving Carrie feeling both relieved and heartbroken at the same time.

Meanwhile, the show's writers are not holding back on tackling some of society's most pressing issues - including sexuality, gender identity, death, grief, divorce, and substance abuse. It's clear that this season of And Just Like That... is going to be one wild ride!

With the success of Kim Cattrall's cameo in the second season, it's been widely reported that her character Samantha will return for at least part of the third season. And let's not forget Sara Ramirez, who won't be returning as non-binary comedian Che Diaz - but we can't help but wonder what led to their departure.

Ella's guest role on the show is particularly special because of her family's connection to the Sex and the City universe

As the third season continues with its 12-episode run, it's clear that Sex and the City spin-off is pushing boundaries like never before. So, if you're ready for some serious drama, romance, and real talk about life's biggest issues - then grab your favorite cocktail (or two, or three) and settle in for an unforgettable ride!

And Just Like That... airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on HBO Max, and we can't wait to see what other juicy storylines are in store!

Her paternal grandmother, Anne Meara, played Steve's mother, Mary, in four episodes of the original series (Anne pictured with David and Cynthia on Sex And The City)

At the start of the episode Miranda is taken aback as she finds out that Brady and Mia barely know each other and that she doesn't want to be with him or have him involved with the baby

Brady tells his parents Mia is 'this girl I've hooked up with maybe twice,' and admits he doesn't know her last name

Steve is furious by the news. 'You were just getting your life together, and now you have f****d it up so bad!' he yells

Miranda quickly tells her friends the news. Charlotte (Kristin Davis) calls it her 'worst nightmare' before quickly apologizing for saying it

Miranda says she is going to be a grandma, prompting Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) to ask, 'Are you?'

'If she doesn't want to be involved with Brady, that kind of means you, too,' Carrie tells her

Miranda decides to go talk to Brady's fling after finding out she works at a hair salon. She brings Charlotte with her as backup. While there, Miranda does not introduce herself

Miranda starts questioning her about the father of the baby. 'He's cool, I guess. It's not like we're gonna raise the kid together. F**k buddy status, you know?' Mia tells her

Mia gets upset when Miranda tells her she is the 'f**k buddy's mother', and sprays her in the face with water, calling what she did 'gross and inappropriate'

'You have to be a Taurus,' Mia concludes. Miranda apologizes, sharing, she was simply seeking 'some kind of a connection so our family can get to know this little boy or girl'

Mia is not pleased with this response, as she sarcastically replies, 'Little boy or girl? You're so binary' before walking away

Elsewhere on the episode Carrie moves on from her recent breakup with Aidan Shaw (John Corbett) by hooking up with her handsome British neighbor Duncan Reeves (Jonathan Cake)

Carrie debates whether she should attend a party Duncan invited her to, but in the end decides to make an appearance

The two later walk back home together. At the door, he asks her whether she would like to come downstairs with him to his apartment. However, she slowly shakes her head no

They start walking away, but Carrie ends up running down the stairs to give him a passionate kiss.

The next scene shows them in bed, after having sex, where Duncan makes it clear they cannot be anything more than a fling

He also tells her, 'I may have missed a deadline, but you¿ve given me a new lifeline.' Carrie laughs at the cringe line, as they go on to talk about their writing leaving Carrie feeling inspired
