Ed Sheeran's Death Album: 'Eject' Plans Revealed in His Will!

When the grim reaper comes for Ed Sheeran, there'll be a posthumous album ready to release, he revealed in a new interview with Zane Lowe

ED SHEERAN'S DEATH WISH: SINGER REVEALS POSTHUMOUS ALBUM PLANS AND SHOCKING MOVE TO AMERICA!

In a jaw-dropping revelation, Ed Sheeran has spilled the beans on his most personal and intriguing plans yet - a posthumous album that will leave fans breathless! The 34-year-old singer-songwriter, known for his chart-topping hits like "Shape of You" and "Thinking Out Loud", has made it clear in his will that an album titled "Eject" should be released after his passing. But what's even more astonishing is that the album has been meticulously planned out, with details on track selection to be decided by his loving wife Cherry Seaborn.

In a recent interview with Zane Lowe, Ed candidly shared his wishes for a posthumous album, which he believes will not only showcase his musical evolution but also provide a unique perspective on his life's work. "Eject is the album in the will," he confessed. "It's actually in my will and Cherry gets to pick the tracks for it. It's fully in there if I were to go tomorrow." The forward-thinking musician revealed that the career-spanning album would feature a curated selection of songs from his age 18 to the time of his passing.

But Ed's plans don't stop at music alone; he has also announced that he and his family will be relocating to America for an indefinite period. "I'm just about to move to America," he shared on The 2 Johnnies podcast. "I feel like I might be the only person moving to America." With a staggering £70million property portfolio, Ed has snapped up a luxurious £9million home in New York, signaling his intention to settle in the States for good.

The reason behind this move? A bid to transition into country music and make Nashville his new home. "When you transition to country, you can't transition back," he explained earlier this year. "Nashville is my favourite city in the States and it's always been my end goal to move to Nashville and transition to country." It seems Ed's Irish roots have played a significant role in shaping his musical aspirations.

However, his recent comments on identifying culturally as Irish sparked controversy among fans, with some accusing him of "pretending". The singer-songwriter explained that he grew up spending holidays in Ireland with his father John, who hails from Belfast. He stated, "I class my culture as Irish. I think that's what I grew up with." Ed emphasized that it's not about where you were born but how you feel and what cultural roots you're connected to.

If the star's wife Cherry outlives him, he said she would choose the tracks he's made from the age of 18 until his demise, saying 'It's fully in there if I were to go tomorrow'

Fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their opinions on the matter, with some praising Ed for his authenticity while others accused him of "trying to be something he's not". One user wrote, "Identifies just means to pretend", while another quipped, "They can have him."

But let's get back to the juicy part - Ed's posthumous album plans! "Eject" is set to be a game-changer in his discography, and fans are eager to know what tracks will make the cut. Will Cherry choose songs that showcase Ed's musical evolution or select fan-favourites? We'll have to wait until the big day to find out.

One thing's for sure - Ed Sheeran's legacy is about to take on a whole new dimension with "Eject". As fans eagerly anticipate his next move, one thing remains clear: this British sensation has cemented his place in music history.
