And judging by the photos, it's safe to say that our girl is still figuring out how to work with her new assets.

The Baker Scale, which grades the severity of implant capsular contraction, indicates that surgery may be required to remove the implant if it looks notably abnormal due to contraction. But Doja seems to be taking it all in stride - after all, she did post on X (formerly Twitter) about not wanting people to "clock" her contracted implant. Guess we can say she's embracing the imperfections!

Despite the possible complications, Doja still managed to turn heads with her jaw-dropping arrival at the glitzy event. Her aqua-colored mini dress was a showstopper, with dramatic cut-outs and a plunging neckline that left little to the imagination. And let's be real - those fishnet tights and silver buckled stilettos added an extra layer of sass to her already-stunning look.

It comes after Doja's revealing outfit on Saturday at iHeartRadio's Wango Tango showcased a plastic surgery mishap ¿ and it was the performer herself who pointed out the issue

But what really got everyone talking was Doja's performance later in the evening. The Say So singer took to the stage, put on a string of top hits, and absolutely slayed it! Her animated display had the crowd eating out of the palm of her hand, and we can only imagine how she managed to keep her energy up given her current breast implant drama.

Sources close to Doja claim that the rapper has been dealing with some "complications" following her recent surgery, but we're not sure if that's code for "I'm having a rough time" or just "I'm trying to get used to my new look". Either way, one thing's for sure - Doja Cat is still killing it in the fashion department!
