Divorce Drama: Scott Wolf's Estranged Wife Arrested for Harassment
SCOTT WOLF'S TROUBLED EX-WIFE KELLEY SPENDS NIGHT IN JAIL OVER MESSAGES THAT LEFT FAMILIES CONCERNED
The drama surrounding Scott Wolf's estranged wife Kelley just got a whole lot juicier! The 48-year-old former reality TV star, known for her erratic behavior and Instagram rants, has landed herself in hot water after being arrested at the Sundance Mountain Resort in Park City, UT. And trust us, it's not looking good for this troubled mom of three.
According to a report by TMZ (via TheScholarlyNote.com), Kelley was charged with two misdemeanors: electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. But what really got the police involved? Apparently, an anonymous tipster came forward, claiming that Kelley had made some "concerning" remarks to her family members.
Kelley's Insta-story went live on Tuesday, where she claimed she had no idea why the cops were coming for her. "The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will. I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing," she wrote.
But that's not all - Kelley also revealed that she was about to go on a date, a rare moment of peace in her chaotic life. However, those plans were quickly derailed as she was hauled off to the Summit County Jail. "He said I will go [to] Summit County Jail. He said I [will] be taken into a cell. And wait for a judge to make some ruling? I am so scared. So confused."
A HISTORY OF ERUPTIONS
This isn't Kelley's first rodeo, folks! We've seen her erratic behavior play out on social media countless times before. But what really has the public concerned is her alleged abuse allegations against Scott Wolf.
Just last week, Kelley revealed that Summit County Deputy Nay had been texting her for a welfare check eight months after she had begged for help from the police amid allegations of child abuse against her husband. And get this - she even shared a private text from Kelley with People (via TheScholarlyNote.com), where she confessed to making false claims.
"I was told that if I wanted to get custody back, I should produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater to create more urgency," Kelley wrote. "Or at least get back joint custody." Ouch!
SCOTT WOLF'S SIDE OF THE STORY
Scott Wolf, on the other hand, has maintained his innocence throughout this whole ordeal. In a recent interview with People (via TheScholarlyNote.com), he shared a disturbing clip of his visit with Kelley and their two kids. "We love you," Scott said in the video.
But Kelley's response was anything but loving. "I don't love you," she shot back at her ex-husband. "Let Jackson come and see me. You're a monster. Your whole family is monsters. Wolves in sheep's clothing!"
JACKSON SPEAKS OUT
Kelley and Scott's 16-year-old son, Jackson, has been open about his estrangement from his mom on social media. In an Insta-story, he explained that he doesn't associate with Kelley because she's "very mentally ill" and has lost the person she was.
"I'm very sorry to anyone that has been abused physically or mentally by her," Jackson wrote. "As well anything said about my dad by Kelley is false. No he is not an abuser, he is not a manipulator and he is not a drug addict."
Kelley's recent actions have left many wondering if she needs help - not for child abuse allegations against Scott, but for her own mental health. After all, as Jackson pointed out, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in clinical psychology from Westminster University!
THE FUTURE OF SCOTT WOLF AND KELLEY
As Kelley spends the night in jail, Scott Wolf is preparing to reprise his role as Dr. Richard Miller in the second season of Fox's medical drama Doc. Will he be able to move on from this messy divorce and focus on his career? Only time will tell.
In a bizarre twist, a Utah judge ordered Scott to temporarily provide Kelley with $10K/month for living costs, car payments, minimum payments on credit cards, and some attorney fees in their divorce agreement signed on July 19. Guess someone's been taking cues from her own Instagram stories!
