Dita Von Teese put on a dazzling display in a glitzy silver bejewelled and sequined gown for the world premiere of her Diamonds and Dust show in London on Thursday

Dita Von Teese Sizzles on the Red Carpet: The Queen of Burlesque Brings Her Diamonds and Dust Show to London

The Emerald Theatre in London was abuzz with glamour and excitement as Dita Von Teese, the 52-year-old American vedette and businesswoman, brought her highly anticipated Diamonds and Dust show to town. And she did not disappoint! The burlesque star dazzled in a stunning silver bejewelled and sequined gown that left everyone green with envy.

Dita's outfit was the epitome of high glamour, featuring a bejewelled bodice and a sequined wrap skirt that had us all gasping in awe. She paired it perfectly with silver strappy heels and diamond drop earrings, completing her look with her signature black tresses styled in a glamorous 1930s style. The queen of burlesque looked every inch the star as she walked the red carpet, flanked by a host of A-list celebrities.

The burlesque star, 52, is bringing a new theatrical experience featuring 'high glamour, bold women, and dangerous games' to the Emerald Theatre in London

Joining Dita on the red carpet was none other than Steps star Faye Tozer, who played the lead role of Miss Kitty LeRoy in Diamonds and Dust. Faye echoed Dita's style with her own bejewelled gown, paired with diamante stilettos and diamond chain earrings that sparkled like diamonds. Her blonde locks were styled in voluminous waves that framed her face perfectly.

But it wasn't just the ladies who stole the show. Boy George made a bold statement with his bright pink hat adorned with stars, while model and DJ Lady Mary Charteris put on a daring display in a very sheer knitted dress complete with beaded cut-outs. And let's just say that underneath her dress, Mary was wearing something a little more... revealing.

Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Nadiya Bychkova looked incredible in a pair of black satin shorts and matching velvet bralet and blazer, while another Strictly star Aljaz Skorjanec arrived on the carpet in a burgundy suit. And Great British Bake Off star Candice Brown stunned in a bright pink and red satin figure-hugging gown that showed off her curves.

But it was Dita who really stole the show, bringing her signature blend of high glamour, bold women, and danger to the Emerald Theatre. As she took to the stage for Diamonds and Dust, the audience was transported to a world of opulence and excess, where anything goes and the boundaries are pushed to the limit.

Dita's show has been making waves in the entertainment industry, credited with re-popularising burlesque and pushing the boundaries of what is considered acceptable on stage. And judging by the reactions of the audience at the premiere, Diamonds and Dust is set to be a huge success.

But Dita isn't just a one-trick pony. The American vedette has been making waves in the entertainment industry for years, starring in her own shows, collaborating with other artists, and even appearing on TV shows like The Masked Dancer. In fact, she recently appeared on ITV's Lorraine, where she revealed that she had suffered from vertigo while riding a mechanical bull.

"I was riding my mechanical bull, swinging my head around, and I triggered a vertigo thing," Dita explained to host Lorraine Kelly. "It was a problem for a year, so when I did The Masked Dancer, it was like doing the show with this head and the lights on the floor were crazy – it was outrageous."

But despite the challenges she faced, Dita said that she loved every minute of her time on The Masked Dancer. "It was one of the biggest challenges of my life," she admitted. "But it was funny and I loved it."

And speaking of love, it seems that Dita has a special place in her heart for the Claridges hotel in London, where she stayed during filming. "I had it all to myself," she said with a smile. "I'd come wafting down that staircase in my nightgown and I just had special treatment – they were like sure, you can stay there because I'm a friend of the hotel."

Dita was joined for the premiere by a host of stars

With her sparkling personality, stunning looks, and irrepressible energy, Dita Von Teese is truly one of a kind. And if Diamonds and Dust is anything to go by, she's here to stay.
