Denise Richards vs. Aaron Phypers: Explosive Court Drama Unfolds

Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers have reunited but for not for a good reason

DESIREE'S DRAMA: DENISE RICHARDS' EX-HUSBAND ACCUSED OF BEING A DEADLY DANGER

In a shocking turn of events, Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers has been accused of physically abusing his former wife in explosive testimony delivered by a family member. The allegations against the 53-year-old wellness expert are nothing short of alarming, with Phypers' cousin Kathleen McAllister claiming that he punched Denise in the face hard enough to leave her with a black eye.

The drama unfolded during a hearing where Richards is seeking to make her temporary restraining order against Phypers permanent. According to People magazine, McAllister's testimony was delivered virtually as part of the proceedings. The cousin claimed that she witnessed the alleged attack on January 17, 2022, and described it in graphic detail.

Phypers' cousin, Kathleen McAllister, supported Richards' claims that her ex subjected her to domestic abuse in virtually testimony delivered Monday as the actress tries to make her temporary restraining order against Phypers permanent, according to People; seen in May

"I saw Aaron hit Denise and immediately she had a really bad black eye," McAllister said, still visibly shaken by the incident. "I'm literally in shock now to this day about it." She went on to describe how Phypers allegedly used his palm to strike Richards in the face, leaving her with a nasty injury.

But that's not all - McAllister also claimed to have witnessed other incidents of physical violence against Richards, including one where she was choked and hit against a concrete wall. "He was raging and threatening us," McAllister said, recalling the terrifying moment when Phypers allegedly threatened to kill both her and Richards.

The allegations of abuse are not new - Richards had previously accused Phypers of repeatedly abusing her during their six-year marriage. But Phypers has always maintained his innocence, accusing Richards of being the "abusive" one in their relationship.

'I saw Aaron hit Denise and immediately she had a really bad black eye,' McAllister claimed via her virtual testimony about an incident on January 17, 2022. 'I'm literally in shock now to this day about it.'

However, McAllister's testimony paints a very different picture. She claimed that Phypers' behavior became increasingly erratic and violent over time, often fueled by his alleged addiction to alcohol. "Anyone would refer to Aaron as an alcoholic," she said, adding that his drinking made his temper even worse.

The drama between the exes is far from over - in fact, it's only getting juicier. Phypers has recently asked Richards for $150,000 to pay back rent and legal fees, claiming that he's struggling financially after closing down his wellness business Quantum 360 Club last year. But Richards has refused to give him the cash, sparking a heated battle over money.

The situation took a turn for the worse when Phypers' lawyer accused Richards of being the one who was "attempting to render Aaron homeless." The drama between the exes is now playing out in court, with both sides trading barbs and accusations.

She claimed the two had been engaged in an argument just before the alleged attack, which was worsened because 'there was alcohol mixed in.' She went on to call Phypers an 'alcoholic'

But what's really going on behind closed doors? Sources close to the situation claim that Phypers has been trying to get back at Richards for dumping him publicly. "He's been feeling embarrassed and humiliated by the whole thing," a source said. "He's been trying to shift the blame onto Denise, but it's not working."

Meanwhile, Richards has been getting support from her friends and family - including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmates, who have rallied around her during this difficult time.

As for Phypers, he's been struggling to get his life back on track. Sources claim that he's been unable to find a new job since closing down his business last year. "He's in a bit of a pickle," a source said. "But he's still trying to play the victim."

Phypers' cousin also described other 'horrific' incidents of violence, including one in which he allegedly slammed Richards' head against a concrete wall, giving her a concussion and leaving McAllister fearful that she could have died

The drama between Richards and Phypers is set to continue, with both sides refusing to back down. Stay tuned for more updates on this juicy scandal!
