Denise Richards vs. Aaron Phypers: $150K Standoff Over Divorce Drama

Denise Richards is not very happy with her estranged husband Aaron Phypers' latest request. The wellness expert has asked the former Bond girl for $150,000 to pay back rent and his lawyers as he is in a pinch, according to a Thursday report from TMZ; seen in 2023

THE BATTLE FOR WEALTH AND ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE: DENISE RICHARDS VS AARON PHYPERS

The drama between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers just got a whole lot juicier! The former couple, who tied the knot in 2018 and were once considered one of Hollywood's most glamorous pairs, are now locked in a bitter battle over money and allegations of abuse.

According to a recent report from TMZ, Phypers has asked his estranged wife for a whopping $150,000 to pay back rent and lawyer fees. The wellness expert claimed that he needs the cash fast or risk being left homeless with his family. However, Richards wasn't having it and promptly filed a response to the judge, refusing to give her former husband a dime.

But here's the twist: Phypers has maintained that he's been struggling financially since closing down his wellness business, Quantum 360 Club, last year. He claims that he hasn't been able to find employment since then, leaving him and his family on the brink of disaster. This shocking revelation comes on the heels of Richards' own financial windfall – yes, you guessed it! Her OnlyFans account is raking in a whopping $250,000 per month!

Phypers' rep spoke out to TheScholarlyNote.com, stating that Richards is trying to "render Aaron homeless" by refusing to provide him with the necessary funds. They also claimed that Phypers owns the copyright to Richards' OnlyFans account and has had zero dollars for basic living expenses, let alone hiring a lawyer for a fair trial.

But this isn't just about money; it's also about allegations of abuse. Last month, Phypers accused Richards of being the "abusive" one in their relationship, refuting her claims of domestic violence made in a restraining order back in July. According to court documents obtained by People magazine, Phypers denied ever abusing his ex and alleged that she has been harassing him with constant phone calls and messages.

Phypers told a judge overseeing their divorce proceedings that he has to come up with the money fast or else he and his family will be rendered homeless. In a shocking turn of events, Phypers also claimed that Richards has "attacked" and "harassed" him "many times," even going so far as to say that she smashed his cell phone and buried it under bags of trash. Ouch!

The drama between these two began in July when Phypers filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences." But things took a turn for the worse last month when Richards made those allegations of abuse against her ex-husband.

Phypers' lawyer argued that since Richards has been raking it in from her OnlyFans account, she should be the one supporting him. "She has prevented me from earning income, so she is the only one with income," he claimed.

Richards did not take the request well as she soon after she filed a response to the judge that she did not want to give her former husband any money. Seen on September 21 in Los Angeles

So, who's telling the truth? Are we just seeing a desperate attempt by Phypers to get his hands on some cash, or did Richards really have enough of her ex-husband and try to shut him down?

One thing's for sure: this drama is far from over! Stay tuned for more updates as this battle between these two Hollywood stars continues to unfold.
