Denise Richards' Shocking Court Allegations Against Aaron Phypers: Abuse and Threats Revealed

Denise Richards ’ split from husband Aaron Phypers is turning nastier by the day, with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum now seeking court-ordered protection following a string of disturbing allegations

Denise Richards' Shocking Split from Husband Aaron Phypers Takes a Dark Turn: Abuse Allegations Surface

In the latest scandal to rock the celebrity world, Denise Richards has taken drastic measures to distance herself from her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alumna has filed for court-ordered protection, alleging that Phypers subjected her to a string of disturbing abuses throughout their six-year marriage.

The drama began when Phypers, 51, filed for divorce earlier this month, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup. But things took a dark turn when Denise, 54, revealed in court documents that Aaron had been physically and emotionally abusive to her during their relationship.

Things took a far darker turn this week when court documents revealed that on July 16, Denise filed for protection, accusing Phypers of horrific abuse that allegedly spanned their entire relationship

According to Denise's filing, Phypers would frequently choke her, slap her, and threaten to kill her. She claimed that he would often grab her arms tightly and push her around, leaving her feeling battered and bruised. The most disturbing allegations, however, involve Aaron hacking into Denise's laptop and phone to download her text messages.

In a shocking revelation, Denise alleged that Phypers had caused her at least three concussions throughout their relationship. She also claimed that he would regularly threaten to "break my jaw" and would cry, beg her to stay, and promise to get help – none of which ever happened.

The couple's tumultuous marriage has been a rollercoaster ride of abuse allegations, with Denise accusing Phypers of physical violence on multiple occasions. On July 4, the drama escalated when Aaron allegedly chased Denise around their townhouse, grabbed her arms, and pushed her to the ground. The confrontation left Denise feeling "immense pain" and seeking medical attention.

The court documents paint a picture of a toxic relationship that has been spiraling out of control for years. Phypers' divorce petition revealed that he had not made any income since shutting down his wellness center, Q360 Club, last year. Meanwhile, Denise allegedly makes $250,000 per month from her various business ventures and appearances.

As the drama continues to unfold, it's unclear what the future holds for this troubled couple. With allegations of abuse and financial mismanagement piling up, it seems unlikely that they will be able to reconcile anytime soon. The court battles are far from over, with multiple lawsuits and tax issues still pending.

At the heart of the drama lies the mysterious case of Q360 Club, Aaron's wellness center that he shut down last year. According to sources, the business was a liability from the start, with board members dropping off like flies after just one week.

Phypers registered Quantum R.E.A.C.H., the LLC behind Q360 Club, as a charity in July 2019. However, the IRS revoked its tax-exempt status in March 2022 due to failure to file required tax returns.

The court documents reveal that Phypers had failed to pay off debts and was facing lawsuits from creditors. In one notable case, the Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed a lawsuit against Phypers in July 2022 for failing to repay a $190,000 loan. The judge ultimately ruled that Phypers owed the plaintiff a total of $228,901.45.

Denise and Aaron got married in September 2018. They most recently appeared together on the reality star's show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things

The drama continues to unfold as the court battles rage on. With Denise's abuse allegations and Aaron's financial woes dominating the headlines, it seems unlikely that this troubled couple will be able to put their differences aside anytime soon.
