DENISE RICHARDS VS AARON PHYPERS: THE DIRTY WAR OF DIVORCE

In a shocking turn of events, Denise Richards's estranged husband Aaron Phypers has unleashed a barrage of messy accusations against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54. The drama-filled divorce battle between the two has taken a dark and dirty turn, with Phypers claiming that Richards left their $3.5 million rental property in a state of disarray when she moved out.

But, according to court documents obtained by Page Six, Richards denied the allegations, stating that she had not lived at the home in two years! That's right, folks; it seems like Phypers is trying to deflect blame for the mess. The question on everyone's mind: was he the one who trashed the joint?

The 52-year-old actor gave a tour of the abandoned home to Inside Edition and showcased the cluttered rooms; Richards denied she did this

Phypers gave a tour of the abandoned property to Inside Edition, showcasing rooms filled with moth-covered clothes, furniture covered in trash and dust, and a bathroom that looked like it had been hit by a tornado! He claimed that there were hundreds of dollars' worth of vintage clothing scattered about, riddled with moths. One can't help but wonder: did Phypers really not know what was going on?

Richards's reps have yet to comment, but we're sure they'll have some choice words for Phypers once this story blows up further. After all, as the saying goes, "the truth will come out eventually."

In a recent court hearing, Richards scored a significant legal win in her battle against Phypers. The reality TV star had requested a restraining order against her ex-husband, citing concerns about his behavior and safety. Although the hearing was postponed to next month, a judge granted Richards access to one of their residences on September 13 to retrieve her mother's and own personal property – including those adorable pups!

'There's hundreds of dollars worth of vintage clothing in here. It is riddled with moths,' Phypers claimed during the interview. Richards has said she has not lived there in two years

But here's the juicy part: Phypers was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the home, and he must hand over Richards's laptop and old cell phone by the end of this month. Yep, folks; it looks like Phypers is getting some hard-earned karma.

The drama between the two has been brewing for months, with Richards accusing Phypers of abuse and him alleging that she was unfaithful. The couple has been married for six years before he filed for divorce in July, citing "irreconcilable differences." It's clear that this messy divorce battle will continue to unfold, with both parties trading blows and allegations.

Richards recently opened up about her difficult time on Instagram, sharing an update with her fans. In a heartfelt post, she admitted that going through a divorce is one of the toughest experiences she's faced – even after her previous split from Charlie Sheen.

He also gave Inside Edition an up close and personal look at the squalid state of the carpets and rugs in the rooms, which all appeared to be left in a mess with piles of items mixed with trash

"I was just checking in to see how your summer has been going," Richards wrote. "Mine's been wonderful... it's actually been s**tty, but I'm going to pretend like it's all good." However, she added that she couldn't keep up the charade anymore and needed to be honest with her fans.

"I see all of your messages; I can't comment because it'll be taken out and put in the press," Richards said. "But I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your supportive, kind, thoughtful, encouraging messages because this has been a very difficult time."

And there's more! Richards also hinted that she would eventually share her side of the story – once the timing is right.

He also gave a tour of a messy bathroom, in which a sprawling countertop was covered from end to end with toiletries and cleaning supplies. 'She buys makeup and keeps buying makeup and gets more makeup,' he said about his ex as he pointed to the mess

"The circumstances around my divorce that are difficult to talk about... which one day I will talk about when the timing is right," she vowed. Until then, fans can only imagine what really went down behind closed doors between these two.

As we all know, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has never been short on drama – and this latest development is sure to bring the heat! Stay tuned for more updates on this messy divorce battle; it's about to get a whole lot juicier!
