Denise Richards Battles for Spousal Support Amidst Divorce Drama

Denise Richards wants her estranged husband Aaron Phypers to give her spousal support

DENISE RICHARDS AND AARON PHYPERS' BOMBSHELL DIVORCE BATTLES

The drama never ends for reality TV royalty Denise Richards and her ex-husband Aaron Phypers! The 54-year-old Bond girl actress is reportedly seeking spousal support from her estranged husband, who's been making waves in their divorce battle. But wait, there's more!

According to sources close to the couple, Denise has filed a response to Aaron's July divorce petition, claiming she needs his financial support while they navigate this messy split. However, things get complicated when you consider Aaron's claim that Denise is raking it in from OnlyFans, brand deals, and TV appearances – a whopping $250,000 per month!

The 54-year-old actress is seeking payments from him, TMZ claimed on Thursday, and does not want to give him any of her fortune, it was added. Seen in May

But here's the kicker: Aaron claims he has no income of his own. Yeah, right! It seems like he's trying to portray Denise as the breadwinner while simultaneously accusing her of withholding office equipment and marital funds.

This isn't the only juicy tidbit from their divorce battle. Aaron also alleged that Denise never made his adoption of her 14-year-old daughter Eloise official, leaving him "legally without his daughter" despite raising her as his own for over nine years! This claim has left many wondering if Denise is using her wealth and influence to keep Aaron in the dark about their daughter's status.

But what's really got everyone talking is Charlie Sheen's candid interview about his partying days. The 59-year-old actor, who shares two daughters with Denise, has been open about his struggles with addiction and infidelity during their marriage. He even admitted to getting "shame shivers" when thinking about his past mistakes!

In a shocking twist, Charlie also revealed that he's written about his use of crack, heroin, and testosterone cream in his upcoming memoir, The Book of Sheen. He claims it made him a "raving lunatic" and says he was fueled by fear of losing fame.

Meanwhile, back to Denise and Aaron: the pair has been at odds over their Calabasas home, with Denise asking a judge to order Aaron and his family to vacate the premises. But Aaron fired back, saying he's not opposed to Denise retrieving her personal items and ensuring the dogs' welfare – as long as it's done in a coordinated effort with no open-ended access.

Aaron has also requested permission to retrieve his own "personal and business property" from Denise's home, including office electronics, tools, furniture, files, books, gym equipment, a motorcycle, appliances, and even building materials. He claims several of these items belong to third parties who have loaned them to him.

There is a problem however, as Phypers, a wellness expert, has said that he has no income

But here's the thing: Aaron wants both he and Denise off-site during retrieval, with only animal handlers and movers present. And, get this – he even requested video documentation of entry and all removed items! Talk about a messy divorce!

As for Denise, she's been accused by Aaron of withholding office/trade equipment for over 50 days and having sole control over marital funds. He's also seeking a contribution from her towards his whopping $75,000 attorney fees, as well as an additional $140,500 to address arrears, including seven months of past due rent.

It seems like this divorce battle is far from over! Stay tuned for more updates on Denise and Aaron's dramatic split.
