Denise Richards Battles for Home and Dogs Amid Eviction Drama

Denise Richards filed to vacate her estranged second husband Aaron Phypers and his family from their leased Calabasas home after she nearly violated her own 100-yard, temporary domestic violence restraining order with an unannounced visit to the property on August 3 (pictured April 8)

DISHY DENISE RICHARDS TAKES ON AARON PHYPERS IN BATTLE ROYALE OVER CALABASAS MANSION

In a shocking turn of events, Denise Richards is taking drastic measures to reclaim her Calabasas home from estranged husband Aaron Phypers and his family. The former Bond Girl, 54, filed an emergency request with the Superior Court of California to vacate Phypers' family from their leased property on Tuesday.

According to sources close to Richards, she claims that Phypers made a promise to her that his family would be moving back to Canada after they left the Calabasas mansion. However, it seems that was just a ruse to get rid of her belongings and dogs.

In her legal filing Tuesday, the 54-year-old former Bond Girl asked the judge to order the unemployed 52-year-old, his 83-year-old mother, father, and brother out of the home for eight hours so she can retrieve her dogs and belongings

Richards alleges in court documents obtained by The Scholarly Note that Aaron told her his family would be relocating to Canada, and that she would be able to move back into their shared home once they were gone. But, it appears Phypers had other plans - and his own agenda.

Richards' urgency is partly due to the fact that one of their dogs was euthanized by Aaron because it had cancer, which only added salt to her already-opened wounds.

The RHOBH alum was shocked at the condition of the home when she arrived on August 3. The mansion has been vacant for over two years, and Richards claimed in court documents that Phypers' family has been occupying the property without paying rent since December last year.

The landlord - who's made several attempts to contact Aaron over unpaid rent - informed Denise on July 24 that eviction proceedings would begin on August 23 (pictured in 2023)

In an exclusive interview with People, Richards opened up about her living arrangements, stating: "I don't live in our house... Aaron's mom and dad, and his brother were gonna stay for a few months. It's been over three years."

Richards has been renting multiple homes in Calabasas since moving out of their shared property. She told Bravo reality show fans about her new living situation on an episode of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things: "I've got three houses now... one is for the girls, one is for me to sleep in sometimes."

However, with eviction proceedings set to begin on August 23, Richards is taking drastic measures to secure her belongings and dogs. She claims that if she's unable to retrieve them within the next few days, they will be left in the hands of Phypers' family - who allegedly have no intention of caring for them.

Phypers was home on August 3 when Richards attempted to gain access to the side and back doors of the house and allegedly 'screamed' at his family, and when she attempted to leave they called the Lost Hills Sheriff's Department who did not find 'any evidence that a crime occurred' (pictured May 17)

In an attempt to salvage the situation, Richards wants a temporary restraining order to remain in place, citing concerns about the well-being and safety of her beloved pets. But, what's even more shocking is that Aaron has denied all allegations of domestic abuse and laptop theft against him.

The drama between these two celebrities has been unfolding for months now, with Phypers filing for divorce on July 7 and requesting spousal support of around $105K/month from Richards. In response, the actress wants Phypers to attend a 52-week batterer intervention program as part of their separation agreement.

Phypers' family is also involved in this messy situation, with his parents and brother occupying the Calabasas mansion for free while Richards footed the bill for rent.

In the March 4th premiere of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, the RHOBH alum said of the property: 'I don't live in our house. Aaron's mom and dad and his brother...they were gonna stay for a few months [but] it's been over three years'

Richards will be facing off against her estranged husband in court on September 8 to resolve this highly publicized battle over their shared home.

As for Richards' career, she's set to star in Juan Pablo Arias Munoz's teen horror flick What She Doesn't Know, which is having its world premiere at FrightFest London this Friday.

Denise moved to a townhouse inside a Calabasas living community where rent typically costs between $5,700 to $6,700/month

Additionally, the actress will be attending the Starship Troopers reunion with her co-stars Patrick Muldoon, Casper Van Dien, Dina Meyer, Michael Ironside, and Jake Busey on September 27-28 at LA Comic Con.

But for now, all eyes are on the Calabasas mansion as Richards battles to reclaim her home from Phypers' family in this explosive game of power struggle.

Richards explained on her Bravo reality show: 'And then I rented another one and another one, so I have three of them. One's an office, one's a studio, one's for [my daughters] Lola and Eloise and for us to sleep in, and then when Aaron and I want privacy, then we sleep in the studio, so we're all over the f***ing place'

The next hearing for the temporary restraining order is scheduled for September 8 at the Superior Court of California, and the Canadian-American ex-CEO has denied all her allegations of domestic abuse and laptop stealing (pictured in 2022)

Aaron - who has 'no income' - filed for divorce from the Illinois-born beauty on July 7 after six years of marriage and requested spousal support of around $105K/month (pictured in 2023)
