The pair dined outside on the terrace of Mediterranean restaurant Brenda Wood's before stepping hand in hand back to their vehicle.

Rosie, 23, was casual in slim fit jeans and a grey long-sleeved T-shirt, while her beau sporty-fit grey trousers, a black polo shirt, and a baseball cap.

Since Rosie was seen wearing a gold ring on her ring finger last month, the pair, who started dating in April 2010, has been suspected of being engaged.

They were even seen checking out a house in the Hollywood Hills on the hunt for an LA love nest.

Jason, 43, dated British actor Joseph, who revealed this week that she and her partner James Madden are expecting their first child together.

The two couples were together for seven years but decided against splitting in 2004.

Rosie, meanwhile, has shifted from modeling to acting and will make her big screen debut in the blockbuster Transformers 3: Dark Of The Moon later this year.

Before meeting Jason, she was dating French actor David Washington, who is now in a relationship with Brianna Williams.
