Collin, one of Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum's eight children, recently opened up about his estranged relationship with six of his seven siblings in a heartbreaking TikTok Live. The 21-year-old former child star confessed that he doesn't talk to Aaden, Alexis, Joel, Leah, Madelyn, and Cara anymore.
"It's unfortunate that we don't know each other at all," Collin said, hoping his siblings would check out his TikTok account, which he uses as a "journal" to share videos. The Gosselin kid has over 102K followers, and it's no wonder – with his captivating personality and entrepreneurial spirit!
Collin works multiple jobs, including waiting tables at Damon's and running his own pressure washing business, Gosslin Pressure Washing. He even boasts about paying his own tuition as a college RA! But what's more impressive is that Collin has been open about writing a book – we can't wait to get our hands on it!
COLLIN'S FAMILY FEUD EXPOSED
The Pennsylvania native has been vocal about the reasons behind their family split. In an August 7 TikTok post, Collin claimed they were "forced apart and pitted against each other" while starring in Jon & Kate Plus 8. The reality show aired from 2007 to 2010 on TLC.
Collin expressed his deep love for his siblings and the pain he feels about their lost connection: "I will always love them more than anything. The tears I shed behind closed doors, thinking about the memories we could've shared. I love you guys."
But it seems Collin's estranged mother Kate isn't taking his claims lying down! In a cold-hearted response to Collin's TikTok Live, Kate wrote "He knows why." Ouch!
COLLIN BLAMES KATE FOR CRUSHING HIS DREAMS
Collin has been open about his struggles with mental health and his desire to join the US Marines. However, in 2023, he was dismissed from training due to "non-disclosure of pre-enlistment history." Collin blames his mother Kate for posting about his alleged "multiple psychiatric diagnoses" and "violent behavior" on social media.
Kate admitted Collin to a behavioral health system in Philadelphia for 22 months in 2016-2018, citing his bipolar disorder, autism, OCD, ADHD, ODD, and PTSD. However, Marine Dr. Paul E. Delfin didn't believe he had these conditions in his evaluation. Collin's lawyer, Richard Puleo, defended Kate: "I don't think the Marine Corps saw Kate's post and decided to throw Collin out."
Collin has claimed that Kate would often lock him in a specially-built basement room, zip-tie his hands and feet together, turn off the lights, and have cameras watch him. He also alleged that their parents' marriage was troubled, and he even claimed his father Jon punched and kicked him at age 16 – although no charges were filed.
COLLIN'S ALLEGATIONS OF CHILDHOOD ABUSE
In an interview with The US Sun last September, Collin shared a disturbing story about being abused as a child. He revealed that his teacher noticed he had a swollen purple ear in the fourth grade and reported it to Child and Youth Services.
After Kate got wind of the allegations, Collin was removed from school. Collin's sister Hannah has confirmed that their mother did have a basement room with cameras installed.
The drama doesn't stop there! Over the past five days, Kate has been proudly posting TikTok Lives with her shy son Aaden and pasta-making daughter Leah – making fans wonder if she's trying to show off her "perfect" family image.
Will Collin's siblings reach out to him after his heartfelt confession? Only time will tell. Stay tuned for more updates on this juicy family feud!
