BREAKING: Breaking Bad Villain Raymond Cruz Arrested for Misdemeanor Battery

The silver screen has seen its fair share of villains, but none as despicable as Tuco Salamanca, the ruthless and cunning character played by Raymond Cruz in the hit TV series Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. However, it seems that Cruz's on-screen persona may have spilled over into real life, as the 60-year-old actor was arrested in Los Angeles on Monday morning for suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

According to eyewitnesses, Cruz allegedly blasted a woman with water from a garden hose in front of his home in the trendy Silverlake neighborhood. The victim, whose identity has not been revealed, claimed that Cruz sprayed her on purpose after she failed to move her vehicle, which was parked behind his car while he was washing it.

Cruz, who hails from Los Angeles and has built a reputation for playing tough guys, seemed to be in a particularly testy mood when confronted by the woman. "He asked me to get out of the way, but I didn't move my car," she told The Scholarly Note.com in an exclusive interview. "Next thing I know, he's spraying me with water from his garden hose! It was like something out of a bad soap opera."

The Los Angeles Police Department took Cruz into custody and processed him at the police station on Monday morning. Sources close to the investigation revealed that the charges are still pending, but it's likely that the case will be handled by the Los Angeles City Attorney.

In typical protocol for minor infractions like this one, prosecutors may choose to defer prosecution in lieu of an office hearing, where warnings and fines can be issued instead of pursuing more serious charges. However, insiders hinted that Cruz may face a stiffer penalty due to his "questionable behavior" on the day of the incident.

"Cruz has always had a bit of a reputation for being short-tempered," said a source close to the actor. "He's had run-ins with paparazzi and fans in the past, so it's not surprising that he'd blow up like this."

The Scholary Note.com has learned that Cruz may be offered an option to attend anger management classes as part of a plea deal, which would see the charges dropped against him. However, if he declines or fails to comply with the terms of the deal, he could face more serious consequences.

As for the victim, who remains shaken by the incident, she's just grateful that it wasn't worse. "I'm still trying to process what happened," she admitted. "But I hope that Mr. Cruz takes this as an opportunity to reflect on his behavior and seek help if he needs it."
