Food Network has revealed when fans can see the final season of the late celebrity chef Anne Burrell's Worst Cooks in America TV series.

SHOCKING CELEBRITY DEATH ROCKS FOOD NETWORK: ANNE BURRELL'S FINAL SEASON TO PREMIERE JUST WEEKS AFTER TRAGIC PASSING

In a shocking turn of events, Food Network has revealed that fans can expect to see the final season of late celebrity chef Anne Burrell's hit TV series "Worst Cooks in America" just weeks after her tragic passing. The news comes as a somber reminder of the culinary world's loss of a true talent and a beloved personality.

Anne Burrell, 55, was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment on June 17, with authorities investigating her shock passing as a possible overdose. The circumstances surrounding her death are still under investigation, but reports suggest that she was discovered unconscious and unresponsive in the shower surrounded by over 100 pills. Emergency medical teams responded to the scene, but unfortunately, they were unable to revive her.

Anne was joined by boot camp's newest mentor, Chef Gabe Bertaccini, 'as they worked together to turn these culinary flops into food masters.'

In a statement released earlier this week, Food Network's Head of Content, Betsy Ayala, paid tribute to the late chef, saying: "Anne Burrell was a one-of-a-kind talent whose loss is being deeply felt by family, friends, and fans. With these special programming events, we hope to honor Anne and celebrate her impact on Food Network and beyond, and to offer fans a way to remember her passion and culinary prowess that ran through everything she did."

The final season of "Worst Cooks in America," titled "Talented and Terrible," is set to premiere on Monday, July 28 at 9 PM ET, with new episodes streaming the next day on Max. The season promises to deliver even more drama and excitement as a group of professional performers and celebrities trade in their spotlights for cooking utensils.

As we previously reported on TheScholarlyNote.com, Anne Burrell's death has sent shockwaves throughout the culinary world, with friends and colleagues still reeling from the news. In an exclusive interview with Page Six last week, a close friend of the late chef opened up about her struggles with fame.

'Anne Burrell was a one-of-a-kind talent whose loss is being deeply felt by family, friends and fans,

"She made everything fun," the friend said. "She was a true force of nature. Her personality was so big." However, behind the scenes, Anne Burrell struggled to cope with the pressures of fame. "I know she kind of struggled — once she was on TV and was on her way to be a TV celebrity chef," the friend revealed. "She was famous, she was doing the food and wine circuit stuff. She was busy — I kind of felt like she wasn't totally happy."

But despite her struggles with fame, Anne Burrell had big plans for the future. In an interview on Tori Spelling's Misspelling podcast back in March, she revealed that she had recently started taking acting classes and even mentioned trying out for a role in a play. "Interestingly, I just started taking acting classes," she said. "I started yesterday, actually... It’s like an improv for actors' class. I got there and it's like eight people in the class. I'm the oldest one."

As we honor Anne Burrell's memory, fans can expect to see a special block of programming on Food Network featuring some of her favorite episodes, including "Guy's Grocery Games" and "Worst Cooks in America." These tributes are a testament to the lasting impact that Anne Burrell had on the culinary world and the countless lives she touched.

'With these special programming events, we hope to honor Anne and celebrate her impact on Food Network and beyond, and to offer fans a way to remember her passion and culinary prowess that ran through everything she did,' the statement added.

In the final season of "Worst Cooks in America," recruits will face off against each other as they attempt to recreate classic dishes, master global cuisines, and compete in the fan-favorite Remote Control Chef challenge. But with a new mentor joining forces with Anne's legacy, things are about to get even more interesting.

Chef Gabe Bertaccini is set to team up with the late chef's former protégés as they navigate the culinary world and compete for top honors. With their skills put to the test, these talented (but worst) cooks will stop at nothing to prove themselves in the kitchen.

Will they rise to the challenge and become the best of the worst? Tune in to "Worst Cooks in America: Talented and Terrible" on July 28 to find out.
