But what's really got tongues wagging is that Josh Duggar, Anna's husband of 17 years, is currently serving out his 12-year sentence at FCI Seagoville in Dallas, Texas. The convicted sex offender was slapped with a lengthy prison term for "knowingly" receiving and distributing child pornography, including the infamous Peter Scully video depicting the rape and torture of three young girls, one as young as 18 months old.
Josh's earliest possible release date is October 2, 2032, but even then, he'll be stuck with 20 years of supervised release, during which time he'll have no unsupervised contact with minors, including his own children.
