ANGELINA JOLIE'S HOLLYWOOD EXODUS: ACTRESS DITCHES DARK LOCKS FOR PLATINUM BLONDE WIG AS SHE FILMS NEW MOVIE AND PREPARES TO LEAVE TOWN

The glamour and intrigue of Hollywood are about to lose one of its brightest stars. Angelina Jolie, 50, is reportedly ready to bid adieu to the City of Angels as she embarks on a new chapter in her life - and career. The Oscar-winning actress was spotted filming her latest drama, Anxious People, alongside her son Maddox, 24, on Thursday, looking like a completely different person with her stunning platinum blonde wig.

But Angelina's bold new look is just the beginning of the excitement. Sources close to the actress reveal that she will soon be trading in her iconic dark locks for good and packing up her Los Angeles home - valued at an estimated $24 million - as she prepares to flee Hollywood behind.

The actress, who has been a fixture on the LA social scene for decades, is said to be eager to escape the pressures of Tinseltown and start fresh. "She never wanted to live in L.A. full-time," a source spills. "But with her ex-husband Brad Pitt's consent, she's finally able to put down roots somewhere new."

And where might that be? Insiders claim Angelina is eyeing several locations abroad, with her sights set on a luxurious villa or estate in a European hotspot - possibly France, Italy, or the UK. "She wants to experience life outside of the bubble and live more simply," the insider reveals.

But before she disappears into the sunset, Angelina has one final project to complete: Anxious People. Based on Fredrik Backman's bestselling novel, the film follows investment banker Zara - played by Angelina - as she finds herself caught up in a hostage situation at an open house on Christmas Eve.

As part of her research, Angelina has been immersing herself in the world of finance and espionage, sources claim. "She's been doing extensive research to get into character," one insider spills. "She even attended a few business seminars to learn more about the banking industry."

But don't worry - Angelina won't be leaving us completely. She's already signed on for another big project: a spy thriller titled The Initiative, directed by Doug Liman and penned by F. Scott Frazier. In this action-packed film, she'll play a rogue master spy named Bright who teams up with a new agent to take down the bad guys.

Angelina will once again be reuniting with her Mr. & Mrs. Smith director - a collaboration that resulted in one of her most iconic roles. "She's thrilled to be working with Doug again," a source reveals. "They have a great chemistry and trust each other completely."

The Initiative is shaping up to be an epic spy thriller, with Angelina set to bring her trademark wit and charm to the role. "It's like Training Day set in the world of spycraft," one insider teases.

But as Angelina prepares for her next adventure, fans are left wondering: what about her children? She shares six kids - Maddox, 24; Pax, 21; Zahara, 20; Shiloh, 19; and twins Knox and Vivienne, 7 - with ex-husband Brad Pitt. Sources claim the actress is planning to put the house up for sale and relocate when her youngest children turn 18 next year.

For now, though, she's focused on filming Anxious People and getting into character as Zara. And judging by her stunning platinum blonde wig, Angelina Jolie is ready to take on the world in a whole new way.
