His big break came just five years later when he landed a small but pivotal role as Nissem in Peter MacDonald's 1988 blockbuster Rambo III, opposite Sylvester Stallone.

Throughout his illustrious career, Aboutboul took on a wide range of roles, showcasing his incredible talent and adaptability. He played a soldier in Munich, a scientist in The Dark Knight Rises, and even a villainous arms trafficker in London Has Fallen, opposite Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman.
