Allison Janney Sizzles on IRK Magazine Cover: A Scorching 65-Year-Old Beauty Still Got It!

The veteran actress, known for her iconic roles in TV and film, has been making waves with a sizzling new photoshoot that's left fans gagging. Allison Janney, the 65-year-old Oscar winner, is still serving up looks and attitude, and we're here for it!

In a recent interview with IRK Magazine, Janney opened up about her latest project, which features her being pinned against a shower wall by none other than shirtless male model Miles Thomas Nightingale – who's half her age! The septuagenarian beauty admitted that the 70s-inspired shoot made her feel "sexy" and that she loved every minute of it.

"I'm not going to lie, I felt like a million bucks when we started filming," Janney gushed. "The glamour, the decadence – it was all so fabulous! I wish I could have walked down a runway back then, but I guess this is the next best thing."

When asked about working with Nightingale, Janney affectionately referred to him as her "on-camera partner in crime." The two seemed to be having the time of their lives on set, and it's no wonder why – they both lit up the screen (and the cover) with their undeniable chemistry.

But what really caught our attention was Janney's refreshingly honest take on aging. "When you get into the role – the glam, the clothes, the set – and Robert Ascroft is behind the camera, it lends itself to me accessing that place of sexual power inside," she explained. "I find there's something sexy about a woman who is comfortable with herself – that's sex appeal."

Allison described: 'When you get into the role — the glam, the clothes, the set — and Robert Ascroft is behind the camera, it lends itself to me accessing that place of sexual power inside. I find there is something sexy about a woman who is comfortable with herself — that's sex appeal'

And let's be real, folks – Janney exudes confidence and sensuality like few others can. The 6-foot-tall stunner has been working hard to maintain her statuesque figure, often hitting the gym to stay in top shape for her demanding film and TV roles.

"Keeping up with my fitness and staying strong physically to endure the rigors of this business matters to me," Janney emphasized. "I work out a lot – the body is the vehicle, and I try to take care of it."

And when asked about how she unwinds after a long day on set? Well, let's just say Janney has a tried-and-true method: vodka! Who can blame her, really?

The feeling was mutual for Nightingale who gushed that Janney was 'amazing and talented' and called the experience 'nothing less than a true pleasure'

Janney's latest projects include reimagining her role as POTUS Grace Penn in the Netflix series The Diplomat and reprising her recurring role as Palm Beach socialite Evelyn Rollins in the Apple TV+ drama Palm Royale. She'll also be starring alongside Andrew Rannells in the upcoming film Miss You, Love You and Sam Rockwell in Nat Faxon and Jim Rash's black market comedy The Heart.

When asked about her approach to choosing roles, Janney candidly shared: "The more complicated the woman, the more tempting. It has to have complexity, an arc, a journey. It has to start in one place and end up somewhere transformed – for better or worse."

It's clear that Janney's passion for storytelling and her commitment to showcasing complex, dynamic female characters is what drives her creative choices.

The Everything's Going to Be Great star - who never married nor had children - works hard to maintain her slim, statuesque 6ft figure: 'Keeping up with my fitness and staying strong physically to endure the rigors of this business matters to me. I work out a lot' (pictured August 25)

"I'm just happy to have made a career in this business that can be fickle and hard, and that I continue to work," she said with a smile. "I'm not acting for the awards or accolades – they're nice, but they don't define me."

Janney first burst onto the scene as White House press secretary C.J. Cregg in Aaron Sorkin's iconic series The West Wing, which ran for seven seasons on NBC from 1999 to 2006.

As we gaze upon Janney's radiant cover shot with Nightingale, it's clear that this is one talented, timeless beauty who's still got the magic – and she's not going anywhere anytime soon!

And when asked how she unplugs after a long day on set, Janney simply replied: 'Vodka'
