Allegations Mount: Kanye West Accused of Assault by Ex-Assistant
KANYE WEST'S DARK SIDE EXPOSED: FORMER ASSISTANT ACCUSES HIM OF RAPE, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, AND MORE
In a shocking new legal filing, Kanye West's former personal assistant and Chief of Staff, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused the 48-year-old rap mogul of forcing his penis into her mouth during a business trip in San Francisco - just one of many alleged incidents of sexual harassment and assault that have left her feeling "traumatized" and seeking justice.
According to the second amended complaint filed by Pisciotta's attorney with The Scholarly Note, West allegedly subjected her to a pattern of sexual misconduct, including attempts to kiss her on the lips despite repeated rejections, inappropriate questions about her vagina, and forced sexual contact in his hotel suite.
The alleged abuse began shortly after Pisciotta started working for West in July 2021 as a music talent scout (A&R) for his album Donda. As his personal assistant and Chief of Staff, she handled his music, fashion ventures (like YEEZY), property management, and schedule - but behind the scenes, West allegedly controlled her life, demanding permission to shower or take breaks and verbally abusing her in front of male colleagues.
One particularly disturbing incident occurred during a writing session for Donda, when West invited Pisciotta to his hotel suite to discuss the record. According to the complaint, he abruptly laid down in bed and insisted that she lie beside him - despite her reluctance. The conversation quickly turned graphic, with West sharing details about an unnamed model's genitals and describing his sexual encounters with other women.
Pisciotta claims that when she tried to leave, West began asking her questions about her vagina, such as "What's it like?" and "Can I touch it?" - and then allegedly stroked his penis over his pants while forcibly touching her vagina. When she told him to stop, he fell asleep mid-sentence.
But these alleged incidents of sexual harassment and assault are just the tip of the iceberg. Pisciotta also claims that West:
- Demanded to use her shower during a business trip in San Francisco
- Pulled her into his hotel room and demanded to know what she was doing in there
- Exposed himself to her while only wearing a towel, removed her from the chair she was sitting in, and pinned her against the bed
- Thrust his penis repeatedly into her mouth while she begged him to stop
The alleged abuse continued even after Pisciotta terminated her employment with West in the fall of 2023. She claims that he grabbed her neck and squeezed his hand around her throat, restricting her airflow - and then inserted his tongue in her ear and licked it repeatedly.
Despite her attempts to escape West's grasp, she alleges that he continued to harass and stalk her, including hiring an individual who offered "swatting" services for purchase. When Pisciotta relocated to Florida to get away from him, West allegedly hired a security team to station themselves at various points of the complex - effectively making it impossible for her to feel safe.
Pisciotta's attorney, Lisa Bloom, has confirmed that the second amended complaint was mailed to West and is seeking justice on behalf of her client. "Every woman deserves a respectful workplace free of groping and sexual harassment," she said in a statement to The Scholarly Note. "We look forward to aggressively litigating this case on behalf of our brave client, Lauren Pisciotta."
As the legal battle between West and Pisciotta heats up, fans are left wondering: what's next for the embattled rapper? Will he face consequences for his alleged actions - or will he continue to deny any wrongdoing?
Only time will tell. But one thing is certain: the world is watching this case unfold with bated breath. Stay tuned for further updates from The Scholarly Note as this shocking story continues to unravel.
