The alleged abuse continued even after Pisciotta terminated her employment with West in the fall of 2023. She claims that he grabbed her neck and squeezed his hand around her throat, restricting her airflow - and then inserted his tongue in her ear and licked it repeatedly.
Despite her attempts to escape West's grasp, she alleges that he continued to harass and stalk her, including hiring an individual who offered "swatting" services for purchase. When Pisciotta relocated to Florida to get away from him, West allegedly hired a security team to station themselves at various points of the complex - effectively making it impossible for her to feel safe.
Pisciotta's attorney, Lisa Bloom, has confirmed that the second amended complaint was mailed to West and is seeking justice on behalf of her client.
