Actor's Ex Banned from Kids, Must Stay 300 Feet Away

In a shocking turn of events, Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, has been barred from having any direct or indirect contact with her three children after a new court order was issued. The 48-year-old former reality TV star had broken a temporary agreement with her ex-husband, and as a result, a judge granted a protective order against her.

The latest development in Kelley's case comes on the heels of her arrest for allegedly doxxing Scott by sharing his personal phone number online. According to court documents obtained by The Scholarly Note, Kelley was charged with two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, both of which are Class B misdemeanors.

But that's not all - Kelley has also been banned from using social media as her case progresses, pending a judge's decision on whether to restrict her access. This move is seen as a major blow to Kelley, who had used Instagram to share her thoughts and feelings about her impending divorce and custody battle with Scott.

So what led to this dramatic turn of events? Sources close to the family reveal that Kelley has been making false abuse allegations against Scott, claiming he's an abuser and manipulator. But Jackson, their 16-year-old son, has come forward to defend his father, saying he's a "spectacular" dad who only wishes the best for Kelley.

"I do not associate with my mom in any way," Jackson wrote on Instagram, explaining why he hasn't been seeing her recently. "She is very mentally ill and has completely lost the person she was." He also shared disturbing texts where Kelley allegedly "quit" being their mom, claiming she's too busy living a life of luxury.

The development comes as Scott, 57, was granted a temporary protective order against his ex on Thursday. A hearing was scheduled for September 10 to allow him to request an extension; seen with Kelley in January 2023 in LA

But Kelley's antics don't stop there. Sources close to the family reveal that she's been making false claims about Scott's behavior, including allegations of abuse and manipulation. But Scott has fired back, sharing a text from Kelley where she admits to making these claims in order to "create more urgency" and get joint custody of their children.

As for Kelley's living arrangements, it seems she won't be getting her family home back anytime soon. The court order prohibits her from entering the property unless accompanied by a police officer, who will escort her there to pick up her belongings.

But what about Scott? He's been granted temporary sole custody of the children and has been ordered to provide Kelley with $10,000 per month for living expenses. Sources close to the family reveal that Scott is relieved to have some distance from Kelley's drama, but he's still committed to co-parenting their children.

Kelley (pictured) was held at the Summit County Jail in Utah for two days after she was arrested Tuesday for harassment. According to an indictment obtained by the Daily Mail, the Summit County Attorney later charged her with two misdemeanor counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information

In a statement to The Scholarly Note, Scott's rep said: "Scott is focused on co-parenting his children and putting this drama behind him. He's grateful for the court's decision and looks forward to moving forward with his life."

Kelley, on the other hand, has been spotted getting arrested by Summit County Deputy Nay, who was responding to a call from Scott about her alleged doxxing. According to the affidavit, Kelley allegedly posted Scott's phone number online, leading him to receive a barrage of calls and texts.

As for Kelley's Instagram posts, they've been deleted - but not before The Scholarly Note got ahold of them. In one post, she claimed to be "scared" and "confused," writing: "The police are at my house to arrest me... I have no idea why." But sources close to the family reveal that Kelley's behavior has been erratic and concerning for some time.

Back in June, Kelley was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after she attempted to take their children out of the country. And just last week, she was arrested again for allegedly making false abuse allegations against Scott.

As the drama unfolds, one thing is clear: Kelley Wolf's antics have finally caught up with her. Will she be able to turn her life around and become a stable mother figure for her children? Only time will tell - but for now, it seems she's got her work cut out for her.

UPDATE: Kelley has been released from jail after paying $5,000 bail. But don't expect her to be back on social media anytime soon - or at least, not until the judge decides otherwise.
