23 Years in the Making: Kelly Osbourne's Rock 'n' Roll Romance with Slipknot’s Sid Wilson

Kelly Osbourne 's partner Sid Wilson surprised the star by proposing backstage at Ozzy Osbourne 's final gig with Black Sabbath on Saturday night

ROCKSTAR ROMANCE REACHES NEW HEIGHTS AS OZZY'S DAUGHTER KELLY GETS ENGAGED AT BLACK SABBATH'S FINAL SHOW!

In a dramatic turn of events, Kelly Osbourne, daughter of legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne, had her heart stolen at the last ever Black Sabbath show when her partner Sid Wilson, member of rock band Slipknot, proposed to her in front of their friends and family!

The emotional evening saw Kelly's mom Sharon Osbourne shouting "You've got to be quiet!" as Sid got down on one knee, ringside. Ozzy, the future father-in-law, cheekily chimed in with a playful "F**k off you're not marrying my daughter are you?" before giving his blessing for the pair to tie the knot.

Kelly was just 13-years-old at the time and Sid was in his early twenties, but sparks didn't fly until decades later (pictured in 2002)

But this isn't just any ordinary love story - it's a tale of friendship turned romance that spans over two decades! Kelly and Sid first met at Ozzfest, the heavy metal festival created by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, back in the 1990s. But despite being close friends, they never acted on their feelings due to the seven-year age gap.

Fast forward to 2013 when they reconnected in LA, and sparks began flying! Sid invited Kelly to a Slipknot concert, which she attended unaware that he had developed romantic feelings for her. However, this chance encounter led to more talking and hanging out, making their friendship blossom into something more.

The couple confirmed their relationship in early 2022 after 23 years of knowing each other. Just months later, they announced they were expecting their first child, Sidney, who arrived in November 2022. And now, Kelly's got a rockstar romance to top it all off!

Kelly revealed she was pregnant in May 2023, announcing the news on social media

But what makes this proposal even more special is the sentimental value behind Kelly's stunning diamond engagement ring. The beehive-inspired design features white and yellow diamonds, citrine accents, and a 2.5-carat round brilliant-cut diamond at its center. The unique piece pays tribute to Joan Rivers, a close friend of Kelly's who had nicknamed her "Honeybee." It's a sentimental nod that has left Kelly over the moon!

As she gushes about their magical evening on social media, "To say that yesterday was magic was an understatement! I can't even write this without tears streaming down my face!"

The couple is now planning their future, with plans to map out their next moves. Kelly hopes to expand her family in the future and has already expressed her desire for more babies. The pair are also weighing whether to move back to Kelly's native UK after her parents Ozzy and Sharon recently returned from living in the US.

In 1998, Sid joined the heavy metal band Slipknot as a keyboardist and turntablist, featuring on the band¿s debut, self-titled album, a year later

In a shocking twist, Kelly has revealed that having her son Sidney has "changed" her life completely. She credits her son with "saving" her and admits she didn't know how powerful the feeling of love would be. As for Sid's proposal, Kelly says it's a moment she'll cherish forever!

The MailOnline exclusively revealed how the Slipknot musician turned to luxury jeweller Mouawad to help him create the custom sparkler which also paid tribute to his partner's late friend Joan Rivers
